Everytime I go here (4 times now) I'm impressed and amazed at how good chocolate, and other tasty treats, can be! This time I got the wedding cake because a coworker told me of it's deliciousness, and boy was she right!!! The wedding cake is so soft and fluffy, yet it melts in your mouth. It's not too sweet, not overpowering in the flavoring or anything. Honestly, this is the first place I'll think of for my own wedding cake. No fondant for me, just delicious tasting wedding cake. The icing on this cake is almost the best in the world (I don't think anything beats the Dream frosting at HEB, tbh 😅).. but this is the next thing living, maybe in it's own delicate category. Ok enough about the cake. Ice also tried the chocolate cake. There are two, but I'm speaking on the 6 layer one!! This is chocolate cake perfection. Again, soft, delectable, rich but not overpowering. It blew my mind that chocolate cake could make me desire it so much. I'm not a super chocolate lover like that, but I totally would've eaten the whole "slice," of it weren't big enough to feed 4 ppl and wouldn't have made me feel bad (I had bought it for my boyfriend for Valentine's). 😂 Every holiday, there are themed pieces of chocolate and I am grateful for that! Iv bought the Star of David chocolate medallions; wedding couple pieces; Robin's eggs for Easter; and I can't remember what else! They were all deliciously perfect. They have all the major chocolate variations (milk, dark, and white). They have a variety of chocolate candy bars, truffles, cakes, doggie treats and even ice creams. Don't forget their hot chocolate bar. Another great part of my visits is the staff. I've never had an unpleasant visit. Each time, the greeter was pleasant, attentive, and helpful especially with my indecisiveness. This last visit, I think I sampled almost every flavor of ice cream and he was still very patient with me and my decision to mix and match😂. Great employees! Great service! Great products all around. This place had a profound impact on me - quite literally, it brought me to tears. Last night was my mom's birthday, and amidst all the preparations, I completely forgot to get a cake. Desperate to salvage the situation, I turned to UberEats and found Winfield's Chocolate Bar and placed my order. After waiting for some time, the driver arrived with the wrong item, instead of receiving an entire cake I received a small slice of cake - not what I ordered.

To cut a long story short, Uber refused to issue a refund, claiming I didn't qualify, but instead connected me with the merchant and suggested I drive to the store for a refund. After some troubleshooting with the store, they contacted Uber to rectify the situation. The store manager, Mika, went above and beyond by providing me with two gift cards—one for myself and another for my mom. They also allowed me to choose anything from the store to compensate for the inconvenience.
