Persona Medical Spa — Local services in Houston

This is a very nice spa. It is very clean and the girls who work in the front desk are nice and professional. At the end of April I had a Vitalize peel done and had great results. I started to peel after about 36 hours after application and peeled heavily for about 6 days. I went back on on 05/29/2018 and had the Rejuvenize peel done (by a different esthetician) which is the strongest they offer. I was supposed to start peeling in 24-48 hours. Needless to say I never peeled. I didnt even flake or have any slight change in my skin. I have had a 4 peels in the past and i have always peeled. I called them on 06/01/2018 (after waiting 72 hours) and explained to Anna that I hadnt peeled at all, after explaining that I had the strongest peel done she said she would advise the esthetician that performed my peel and she would have her contact me. Its now 06/05/2018 and I have yet to receive a call from anyone at their clinic. I would think that after paying $220 for a peel + a $20 tip and getting absolutely no results that someone would have the decency to call back a paying customer. The first esthetician was awesome, I have no idea what happened with the other woman who performed my peel (she was nice but obviously not effective). I did notice that the first esthetician took her time with me and I was there about 45 mins, when the second one was done I was in and out in about 20. I am very disappointed in this last visit and wont be returning since they obviously dont care about...

I went to Persona Med Spa last week for my initial consultation. I was greeted by friendly people and beautiful faces. The lady who did my consultation (sorry I forgot her name) is so awesome! She was honest and very helpful. I wanted to get a facial treatment and botox for my ultimate mom day and they tried their best to get the services I wanted on the same day. They served mimosas (heaven) while I was waiting at their relaxation room. The lady who did my facial was so sweet. I think it's one of the best facials I've ever had. I have had many many facial treatments in Los Angeles and been to various med spas in LA... I honestly think that Persona Medical Spa is one of the best Med Spas I've ever been to. Now the best part is the botox treatment. It's my first time ever. At age 31 with a 1 year old baby, I felt like I've aged signficantly. I was hesistant to get it and just afraid of how it will be like. The RN in the office (Kristi) greeted me with a warm smile, explained to me how it is, held my hand - and that just convinced me to do it! I am so happy with the results! It's amazing! I’ve been having consults at various facilities for Microneedling and Prp/Prf trying to find a provider that would be able to accommodate my skin type and concerns but holy moly, the provider here was atrocious. First of all I put my hand out to shake hers and you could tell she was irritated having to touch my hand. Then when I asked about injecting prp or prf during Microneedling which I know is an option for various facilities she proceeded to explain to me multiple times what Microneedling was in a very condescending manner. As a healthcare provider I tried to be patient and listened thinking she’s only doing her job to ensure I understood the procedure, but I would never talk to my patient like this. Finally when I tried to explain what I actually needed she said “maybe this isn’t the facility for you”. Girl definitely missed the lecture on manners. I would never let someone who was so unpleasant near my face. I really liked the coordinator though, so it’s unfortunate this provider soured the experience and...
