Iāve decided to give this location 4-stars. I would have given 5, because I regularly have a great experience here. They have several great employees. But, the other day, I was really excited to try the new Kit Kat drink. I pulled in and saw $2 lattes. So, I just simply asked, āCan I try a Kit Kat frozen latte?ā Now, I didnāt know the Kit Kat drink was considered a ācoolata.ā Itās a new item, I was a little confused, but I work in the service industry and the response I received left me speechless! The female employee responded very RUDELY, āFirst of all, we canāt make the Kit Kat drink because we donāt have the stuff for it. AND, second of all, we canāt make any drinks with espresso because we are cleaning the machine.ā So, I said, āOkay, you guys had the $2 cold brews last week, could have a $2 medium cold brew instead?ā She said, āUh. No. That will be $3.69.ā Her tone was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I really wish I caught her name. I work nearby and vowed that I would never go there again. Also, I thought it was odd that they advertise $2 lattes between 2pm-6pm and decide to clean their machine during that window of time. Well, a week went by, and I still wanted to try the Kit Kat Coolata. I rushed there before work, but there was a very long drive-thru line. So, I ran inside ordered my drink, and an employee named Ethyn was very kind when he took my order, he personally made my drink (I asked for added espresso), and he didnāt charge me. I didnāt even mention my previous experience! I forgive this Dunkin. We all have our bad days....

I visited this one about 5 visits in a row, and each time I visited Iād order the same thing and yet somehow, every time the drink tasted different. As another reviewer said they regularly replace cold foam with whipped cream and call it a day and still up charge you for the foam. Theyāre extremely inconsistent. I canāt say anything for the staff themselves, but even when Iāve ordered an avocado tomato toast (on multiple occasions) sans the coffee after having given up on getting a decent coffee there, they just threw the tomatoās on and again, called it a day. All just centered on the toast, itās clear that the effort for consistency isnāt great here. I usually donāt leave reviews but this has ended a 10 year long customers good views on Dunkin. Nothing I order is complicated. Always the same yet always different. I hope I can visit again in a few months and see a difference because I really enjoyed my little coffee treat & tipping the workers as well whom I know still are hard working. I did not order a cooler beverage. She said āwe will take care of thatā- did not say anything else. I get to the window she scans my code and then says that will be 1.80, I said why? She said for the cold foam and oat milk itās extra, did not explain that it would be extra in the beginning after I gave my order. And both supposed āmanagersā said thereās nothing we can do. They both proceeded to speak down to me and began yelling at me that the prices are on the board. Did not listen to my concerns at all. There were not exclusions on the app. Called customer service and they let me know that they charged me when they should not have. Customer service made it right.
Will not be returning. They put some whipped cream on top and called it cold foam which disintegrated the moment I left. And also one of the supposed managers was talking about me to his co workers. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not...
