Burger King — Restaurant in Huber Heights

As much as we love Burger King, this by far is the worst one I've ever been too! I placed a mobile order...arrived 10 mins later...sat in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me for at least 20 mins. The guy at the speaker actually got out of his minivan and said they've not even asked to help him yet. I got out of line & went inside thinking surly my food is ready ... a guy was standing there waiting on his order and a family of 5 was ordering. The manager walked over to the drive thru so when she came back to the shoot I asked her if my order was sitting at the drive thru ready because now it's been 30 mins since I placed the order. She tells me no...the kid at the counter has to look up the order that it's not even started. Gggrr. So I get back in line ...kid leaves the front counter after taking family of 5s order & goes and stands by drive thru. Manager took him a bag for drive thru and saw me standing there & said ohhh let me look up your order. 🤦‍♀️. By this time there's 2 more customers behind me & she didn't bother to help them at all. Now the kid & Manager are at the shoot with their backs to counter. The kid looks at the customers in line...don't bother to come help them. 🙆‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Then the manager turns around with the family of 5s order...hands that out.... and the guy who ordered first is still standing waiting. 🤔 so he asks about his and gets told ohhh we are working on it. Still no help for the other 2 customers waiting. Finally the guy gets his food...then she says waiting on fries 🍟 for ours. Still no help to the other customers. Seriously?! I was a manager at Burger King & spent 5 years at the Milford location out of high school and I never seen employees move so slow & ignore customers like this store did. I finally get my food & then they decide to help that next person. 🤦‍♀️. Finally get home & my daughter's sandwich was made wrong & mine was cold. At least we had fresh fries 🍟 I guess. 🤷‍♀️. But seriously the next time we go for BK ...it won't be the one on Old Troy Pike. The one over by Dunkin on Needmore is wayyyyyyy better & definitely worth the extra distance if you don't want to wait an hour for food & to be helped! I would have given a 0 if I could because it's just very poor customer service & the kid at the counter had greasy hair & longer nails with dirt under them. Yuk. At least the manager got our food & not him. I would have handed it back & got my $ back. Just saying! Would NOT RECOMMEND...

Went here on 7/20/19, tried to get the sourdough king that was advertised on the website however was told it was discontinued. Placed an additional order, pulled up to the window and paid (debit card) and then was told "just ran out of iced coffee" that I ordered. Employee still holding my card mumbled something into his headset and said nothing else to me. Waited a few minutes and a woman who I assume may have been the manager came by and took my card, still not saying anything and typing in the computer, swiped my card again, handed it to me and walked away. Still not sure what happened I pulled to the next window as the first window was then empty. Found out afterward when I checked my bank that the lady had refunded the full order and we got the food for free. Food was good as well which is why I am giving 4 stars. I would have been more than happy to pay for what I ordered. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I feel like they could have asked me if I wanted a different drink after saying they were out and maybe tell me what was going on and have some actual communication with...

I don't know why I continue to go back. It used to be family run, I liked it better a few years ago when it was. I don't know if it still is or what, but the state of my chicken sandwich says otherwise. Swampy green lettuce, a smear of mayo off the side and onto the top of the bun, cold patty and NOTHING ELSE, even though I ask for tomatoes and barbecue sauce. I'm afraid to check my drink. I'm deathly allergic to artificial sweeteners. A few years ago I was given a diet Dr Pepper by mistake, but it was a mistake that put me in the ER, hooked up to breathing tubes, draining the fluid from my lungs and pumping me full of benedrils hardcore cousin and morphine. They offered me and my family a free meal. Really?

I sent my husband today, I had surgery again (not their fault...this time) so I couldn't drive, but what I found when I unwrapped the chicken sandwich I got instead of the Nuggets I asked him for (his mistake, not theirs) sealed the deal on me never going there again! Damn, I do like those fries and the chicken is so much better than you know who's...when...
