Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Huber Heights

I had my first experience at this store today. They opened at 11:00 a.m. I was there around 11:45 a.m. The ice cream section didn't have the lights on above it, and the paper covering from the night before was still on it. They didn't have the ice cream scoops out. The area where the ice cream toppings were looked like it wasn't cleaned the night before. It took about 15 minutes to get an overpriced cup of ice cream. I was not impressed. It seemed like two of the three employees didn't have a clue as to what they were doing. All the employees were inexperienced. Decided to try their ice cream today and I will say the ice cream was good, but I have some concerns. I have 2 children with nut allergies and when I asked if they could accommodate that the employee looked confused and asked if he could just put the toppings on top instead of mixing them in. When scooping our ice cream they used the same scoop for every flavor without cleaning the scoop. We had a rather large order and they didn't have any lids for the kids sizes so made it hard to get everything back home. The service was absolutely horrible! The employee must have had no training whatsoever and had no customer service they seemed like they didn't know how to scoop the ice cream, didn't know the prices of anything when we asked. They weren't able to make a strawberry shortcake Sundae or a simple banana split. They used the same spoon to mix in my toppings that they used by the previous customer.
