Burger King — Restaurant in Hudson

This place is in total shambles. Keep in mind I used to be a manager at this location about 8 years ago.

Took about 5 minutes to even order when there was only one person in front of me. Card machine was not working properly either. Manager was running around doing other things rather than taking orders. Manager finally took my order. I ordered I ordered the angry Whopper meal, which specifically advertises comes with crispy fried onions (not the onion rings).

Food took forever to get when they weren't even busy. Saw the manager even mess up 2 orders by giving out the wrong food through the drive thru. Once I did get my food the whopper did not come with the onions I was talking about. I came here about a month ago and same thing, no crispy fried onions. I approached the register and asked one of the employees why they are not telling people this before they order. He then walks away and I sit there for 2 minutes until the manager finally comes up to me. He said he didn't even know they were out... Something a manager should know, again he's the one who took my order as well.

He also forgot the apple juice for the kids meal I ordered. Plus he put a 10 piece chicken nugget in my kids meal that I heard him say "I got the 6 piece" to the kitchen. So someone got a 6 piece instead of a 10. Ice machine was broken. Place is sticky and dirty tables are everywhere. This manager guy really shouldn't be a manager or just shouldn't work fast food. Maybe he would be better off working at Walmart. Like I said I used to be a manager here at this location for quite some time and he's not manager material. pulled in to the drive thru and noticed there were only two cars in the parking lot. Sat waiting behind a customer at the ordering spot for 10 minutes. Then finally got up to put our order in and was told it would be just a moment. 10 minutes later our order was taken, but we were given the total but could not read the order on the screen to verify was correct cause it was not on. Pulled thru and the car in front of us was still at the window. We waited again behind them for 5 minutes. When we got up to the window, we could see only 4 on staff, two cooking two out front, and no paying customers standing at the counter. the person at the window was talking to someone out of view in the lobby and i can only assume that it was a friend that came to visit. We finally get our food after again another 8 minutes of waiting at the window, and get home. Took the food out of the bag and all of it, everything, was ice cold. What the heck were they doing that was taking so long? were they defrosting the meat so that they could make the sandwiches? Had to put the burgers and the onion rings in the microwave to heat up enough to eat. Never Never Never again.....i am not paying just under 20 bucks for a cold meal! We only live 5 minutes out of town....

Just finished eating at this Burger King and was extremely disappointed. Obviously I know this is just fast food, and the food was obviously normal Burger King quality food, but the place was sooooo dirty and sticky. We had to go through the drive through over a half hour after they opened to ask when the dinning room opened after waiting at the door for a little bit. The person at the drive through said “yeah, I would need to open the doors than.”We specifically came to this BK because it had a play place, but honestly the play area was so sticky, dirty and smelled like mildew, I had no idea the last time it was cleaned. When I went to change my son’s diaper there was no changing table in the bathroom. I had to change him on the floor. That is completely unacceptable, and needs to be addressed. I told the cashier, that I know it’s not her fault but there really needs to be something done about not having a changing table, she brushed me off and said “yeah, I think we are the only restaurant here that doesn’t have one.” Well obviously there needs to be a change made than.
