Me and my mother went to go get their food and the guy that took our order was extremely slow and barely understood what we were asking and kept trying to make it sound like we didn’t know?? For example I asked for the cheese fries (which ended up being spoiled) on the side and he said they can’t do that and then proceeded to have a 20 second conversation with himself about how it’s cheaper if we do it on the side of the meal lmao. I called back about the fries being spoiled and he explained that they have a “new policy” where they can no longer do refunds and eventually after explaining that not giving us reimbursement of some sort while the food that was given to us was completely spoiled and clearly tasted unsanitary is illegal, he said “we can give you a refund” like what?? And lastly, when we got to the drive through he literally just went “hello?” At the speaker, window, and phone. I’ve worked in fast food long enough to know there’s a required “thank you for calling Wendy’s etc.” but for the record I did not catch this persons name, he was what looked to be a Mexican male that was heavier in weight, black sweater, medium black hair. Read moreLocation clearly has gone down hill over the last couple years. This morning was the last straw for me, I'm never going to this location again. Over 15 minutes from speaker to receiving food, and that was after a 5 minute wait before I got to the speaker. I was told to pull forward, ok, no problem. 12 minutes of waiting there, I go in reverse to see what is taking so long, and get handed my food. I ask the kid at the window and get told it was a wait for sausage. First of all, how does it take 12 minutes to make sausage at a fast food restaurant??? Are you cooking it on the radiator? Had I been told when I ordered there would be a 12 minute wait, I would have chose something else, or passed entirely. When I voiced that I was upset, and frankly wanted a refund, the kids response was just "sorry, do you wanna talk to the cooks?". Surely, you have to be joking man. If you're in the area, go to any other fast food restaurant in town, your experience is sure to be better. If you really need Wendy's, Woodbury isn't far at all.

She was doing other things ignoring me. Honked, a guy came over, both looked at me, told me nothing. Waited more, seemed as if doing other things. Man walked away neither telling me anything. Long honk opened window said rudely obviously printer not working. Working on it. Have to wait if I want receipt. Asked how long it was going to take. He said till I get it. Asked any idea. Got paper said printing 3000 something mine was over 200 away from printing. Left and came back to get it. Had not seen or knew how much. Person said $8 something.
