I went to purchase a smoothie, as I often do when there’s a location nearby. However, the server's attitude was downright unpleasant when I requested a military discount. When I asked if they had stopped offering it, she claimed to have been with the company for 10 years and stated they’ve never had it. I know this isn’t true, as I have received that discount at several other locations in Houston.

The items on the menu were small and when i got my receipt it only showed the total. I asked for the prices of the items I paid for and Linda wrote it on the receipt I had. Then, I asked for mustard and honey mustard and was told they don't have those anymore. I spoke with a manager named Clementina and she said they stopped giving those out for years. I know thats a lie, because I've gotten them before. Her and Linda didn't apologize and were rude, especially Linda. Idk how they stay in business with those employees and prices smh. I wont go back to that...

If you close at 6 then please continue to serve until then. You don't tell your customers you're closing earlier to clean.
