I give a Zero Star to Huntersville location. I give a 5 Star to the Cornelius location.
I had an issue with a manager, NOAH, at the Huntersville location. He literally had excuses for his lack of performance and due diligence with my order. I felt completely dismissed by him. I asked him for the name of the manager who is above him and he replied, he is the top manager that nobody is above him. I said, NOAH, everyone has someone above them. He responded, ma'am I can't hear you. I took my phone off speaker phone and said can you hear me now, he responded, no I can't hear you. Are you kidding me?? He answered because he could hear me and I realized that he was literally just ridiculously messing with me. So very immature and has no business even being an employee, let alone in management. I told him I would find out some other way, and for him to have a great rest of his day.
Then, I called the location in Cornelius. TAYLOR answered the phone. I explained to her what had happened, asked if there is anyone at that store that I can speak with above NOAH and she gave me the name of the operations manager, Alex. I am very eager to speak with him. So, if any of you out there has had issues with NOAH from Huntersville location, please reach out to Alex. This young kid has no business working at chic fil a. How I was treated and shrugged off is not acceptable when chic fil a has been my number 1 place I spend my money at for 2 decades!!! ALSO, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME OVER THE SAME ISSUE WITH NOAH. Last time, I let it go, this time, I realized it's actually intentional, and need to put this information out.
Back to my great review for Taylor at the cornelius location. You listened to me and then apologized and it was not even your store. You provided me with the name of who is above NOAH and said you were going to reach out to your operations manager for him to reach out to Alex as well. Taylor, is top notch!! She gave exceptional service, not because she is getting paid, but because she actually cared. I could here it...
Read moreToday, I had the opportunity to visit the Chick-fil-A in Huntersville, North Carolina, and as always, the service was exceptional. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, I encountered a situation that left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. While waiting outside, I noticed one of the employees braving the cold to take customers' orders, and I felt compelled to show my appreciation by offering her a tip. Unfortunately, she kindly informed me that they are not permitted to accept tips, which struck me as quite unfortunate.
It’s truly disheartening to think that those who provide such dedicated service, especially in harsh weather conditions, are not allowed to receive any form of gratitude from customers. It seems strange that a company known for its great customer service would not permit their employees to accept tips, especially when they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for patrons. The chilly weather and the commitment of the staff deserve acknowledgment, and it feels unjust that they cannot receive a token of appreciation for their hard work.
While I do not see this policy as unethical, I find it concerning that good-hearted customers, eager to express their gratitude through tips, are met with restrictions. This situation warrants attention from the management, as it reflects on the overall experience of dining at Chick-fil-A. As a result of this disappointing policy, I feel compelled to give my visit a one-star rating. I believe that both the owner and the management need to reconsider this approach to customer service and find a way to allow employees to accept tips for their...
Read moreSwung through Drive through this morning, got in line at 10:27, when I made it to the speaker at 10:32, the Menu board still set on Breakfast Items, I proceeded with my breakfast order. The order taker cut me off while i was speaking to tell me they were no longer serving breakfast. I asked what time they stopped serving breakfast, he replied with 10:30. I didn't argue with him. I asked if there were any breakfast items left that could be ordered, Such as Burritos or even a chicken biscuit, instead of responding with "let me check for you" it was a quick "NO". I worked Fast food in the past, so i know there is always stuff left from changeover that goes to waste. So I said back, "fair enough, But you may want to think about changing your menu board before making the changeover from breakfast to lunch." He said they would get it taken care of. I'm not a rude person but by this time i was a little upset in the way i was treated and talked to. It was about the principle of the matter to me. So i sat there and waited until the Menu board was changed before placing my 'Lunch order'. By the time i drove off from the speaker is was 10:42. A lot of time wasted.
To get my breakfast Fix ill just Visit McDonalds Next Door, and For my Chicken Cravings I believe I'll be stopping into Zaxby's just...
