Crumbl — Restaurant in Huntersville

This was our first experience at a Crumbl Cookie and we had heard all the rave about it for sure, and let me start off with saying absolutely amazing. We went on day one of opening and there was a line of course, I mean who could say no to a free chocolate chip cookie nevertheless we got through the line in about 5-8 minutes. For those of you that have never had Crumbl make sure to download their app first, first of they have a rewards program(Ahhh!!!), second of all they offer so many ways to get Cookies, in the store you can walk up to the register or order off of their "self-service kiosk", within the app you can order catering, curbside delivery! and yes you can even get them shipped. We had gotten 6 cookies plus our 2 free chocolate chip cookies. The flavors were: Cotton Candy, Chilled Sugar x2, Banana Bread, Biscoff Lava, & Funfetti. The Cotton was surprisingly good, it sounds weird in a cookie, but it starts with their phenomenal sugar cookie, thick and rich, the icing on top was a very smooth whipped texture and not too sweet. Chilled Sugar is a great classic. The Banana Bread was again interesting but very good, it was weird eating a cookie that tasted exactly like a loaf of bread. The funfetti is what it sounds like funfetti in a sugar cookie, great for the kids. Now the last 2 are my utmost favorite. The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely amazing perfect melting in your mouth and yet not under cooked, thick & rich. I am so sad that this cookie was temporary this cookie was the highlight of my weekend, it reminds me of a snickerdoodle mixed with biscoff and it was so delicious im salivating just thinking about it.

This is my most favorite cookie spot everyone please check it out, it will always put a smile...

Sure the cookies are good, but the customer service needs to match it.

This 1-star rating isn't for the cookies or their taste, but mainly for the employees. Please do better (whoever was working Wed, August 4, 2021 around 5:00pm-5:30pm).

My husband, after his long work day, arrived at Crumbl and waited in his car after submitting the alert (via the app) that he had arrived. You guys were supposed to bring out his cookies to him but you did not.

So after several minutes of waiting, he then walked inside and stood at the "Pick Up" line. No other customers were in front of him. Not a single employee asked how they could help or asked for his name so they could give him his order. No one even greeted him and that alone is rude.

He watched several customers walk in and out, placing orders on the spot and being served. Meanwhile, no one was serving him and he had placed his order online way ahead of time. It's ridiculous. It's rude. It doesn't make any sense.

When someone FINALLY asked him what he needed, they were completely disrespectful in how they handled things moving forward to provide him with his box of cookies (that had literally been sitting on the counter ever since he had walked in). He waited and wasted several minutes for nothing, all due to the employees who didn't do what they were supposed to. And no one apologized for the (unnecessary) wait or for their lack of consideration in serving him sooner.

We will NOT be recommending this location to anyone and will try other locations...

Well they took a down turn. It seems that the folks at the store have lost customer service skills. We placed a mobile order, after getting to the store I walked up to the pick up counter where I stood at least 6mins that how long i stood there after looking at the time before someone acknowledged me. There was no high, welcome, be with you in a minute. One boy was running cookies curbside, he walked by me several time and never spoke. One girl every time she walked by was on her phone and the girl packing the cookies finally checked on me. I did very calmly tell the girl about it when she apologized for my wait and I dont think she said anything else. I am tore on a two or three star here. I will update after I decide to go back.

Oh yes this is now one of my favorite go to for sweet eats. They the best cookies I have ever eaten. The cookies are best cut in half and shared they are so big I think it’s too much to eat...
