The past couple of times that I’ve eaten here, the experience been horrible. The staff now seems to be made up of only high school or college aged boys and they just treat the restaurant like a playground. They are always goofing off, joking with each other, and throwing things around behind the counter. The employees often have large groups of friends who come to hang out as they work and they’re all more focused on talking to them than they are on the customers or doing their job. They are completely unprofessional and are in desperate need of the guidance of an adult manager. I have seen multiple incidents that aren’t hygienic at all (letting friends who don’t work here come behind the counter, sharing a vape pen with a friend from over the counter, an employee grabbed food without using gloves, another employee rubbed his nose with gloves on then proceeded to make food for a customer without changing gloves). The restaurant itself is normally dirty (multiple tables that haven’t been cleaned, trash is full, drink machine is out of most options and ice). The employees clearly don’t care about the customer experience nor do they take pride in doing a good job. In addition to the staff issues, the portion sizes of the food are getting to be ridiculous. You barely get 1/4 cup of protein with whatever you order and if you ask for more, they put a sticker on your order to charge you for “extra meat”. They’re so stingy with the portions of everything that you end up paying a lot for barely any food. This restaurant needs some serious work in all aspects. Read moreMe a the guys I work with decided to go here after work today a get dinner. The staff is a mostly young boys looked to be high schooler ages. They have no respect for their customers period.they are rude.. I ordered 2 steak home wreckers burritos an a large drink the guy making my burritos literally put 1 scoop a stake in the burrito it literally only went half to to the other side of the burrito I asked for more steak was told it would be an additional 3 dollars of that fine he literally puts a half scoop in the burrito that all I get for an additional 3 bucks he said yea if u want more it will be another 3 dollars.. I said no he asked me what all I wanted on it I said lettuce sour cream gilled onions, and peppers black beans jalapeños bacon an he says. You only get 3 items it’s an additional 3 dollars a piece for them I said hold up I’m about to spend prolly 50 bucks for two burritos an i can only have 3 things in my burritos or y’all’s gonna charge me 3 dollars for everything else I want in my burritos i told him we would was taken out business some where else.. an this kid looks at me an tells me that I have to pay him for the burrito he had started making.. Read moreLOUSY experience taking my son to dinner here. All 3 staff members working were rude and had attitude that they hated their job. The girl overcharged me $3.00 and when I nicely pointed out her mistake, there was no apology and tons of haughty attitude. Their Monday night special they have posted on the door clearly shows a drink with the meal on the poster, but it actually is not included just so you know. The cashier continued to talk on her cell phone while customers were waiting in line and we had a hard time finding a table that was not REALLY dirty. Ended up cleaning one ourselves just to be able to sit down and eat our meal!! I have pictures to post of these incidents (see yelp review) because their owner needs to be aware that this group of staff at night is going to cause people like us not to return. UPDATE: The regional manager reached out to us very quickly and apologized for our experience. She was very cordial and asked if she could send us $20 in Moe Bucks so we would hopefully return. She said there were going to be some changes taking place. We waited a few weeks and then went back with our certificates for a free dinner. She was RIGHT, it was a MUCH better experience.
