Best Shabu Shabu in Orange County! Same owner as Sushi On Fire next door. So you can order of that sushi menu too if you like. But the Shabu is awesome. You choose your meat, and choose your broth. I highly recommend the Tonkatsu broth (aka pork broth). If they don't add enough to your water and the flavor is too mild, doubt hesitate to ask for more Tonkatsu to get a stronger flavor. The service was good but the food is quite possibly deadly as it would seem there is no quality...

You then wait for it to heat up and start adding the ingredients in as you feel necessary( I needed help). Once cooked, you are able to dip into funky sauces and try it many different...
