Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Huntington

Initially I placed an order online... the order was late and contaminated with a cookie I couldn't eat. Called the store and they were willing to replace the order but I declined. I ended up later getting what I wanted. I got the 6pk which is 5 cookies and a speciality cookie/brownie, 21 and some change...and a bit pricey. Overall most cookies were average. The chocolate chip and macadamia were average. The mint was soso...carrot cake cookie was not for me....I took one bite and it was a no....too soft and didn't taste cookies. Now the lemon...the lemon was my favorite. I also got a Blondie....it was ok but a little under cooked for me. As an ex vegetarian I tried the chocolate vegan cookie...it was pretty good. I wish I had went instead of delivery, I think I would have liked the ice cream cookie combo better. As a reward I might, on occasion, try them again, or when it's late at night. I will have the lemon again...on a 1 to 5, I would def say like a 4.2. They have other Items I would like to try. As always, I say...try...

We decided to give Insomnia Cookies a try today and we were not disappointed!! These Cookies are were hot and fresh. Literally melted in our mouths!! We decided to try their 4 DELUXE Cookie Box with an additional cookie, which was a new one. We went with: Chocolate Chip Brookie Cookies n Creme (this was the new one) Salted Caramel Deluxe (O.M.G.) Smores Deluxe Triple Chocolate Chunk Deluxe (this one was my favorite! All I needed was a glass of milk to go with it) I can say they are a little pricey for Cookies but definitely worth it!!! I’m infuriated. Cookies, great! Service, HORRIBLE. There’s a large man in there, i’m not sure if he’s the manager or what, but I left my prom and decided to go get cookies with my boyfriend and his little sister. His little sister has a learning disability and was extremely upset with her prom shoes, well this big ole man yells in front of EVERYONE in this shop and says “ma’am can you go put shoes on?” ARE YOU JOKING. If you have a problem with something that a PAYING COSTUMER is doing you address them calmly and privately. YOU DO NOT, yell in front of a full store. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and they will not be getting anymore...
