Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Huntington

Not only was it the most rudest staff of the pizza hut of all the ones I've been to which I want to say is my favorite place to eat so much that I even got an apartment beside of a pizza hut once because of its being the favorite place that I love to eat. That being said I went in there with 70 points to get a free breadsticks because I have to take it with my chemo I had a Walmart delivery that got sent to the wrong address and my dinner was in at WalMart delivery so that I could take my chemo for my cancer because I had nothing in the house to eat and I called their call center you know the one that's all the way in India where they don't even speak English and the night before that I had ordered a pizza and some more breadsticks the following day I just love them that much and it's the only food that helps my stomach being upset all night after I take my chemotherapy I know excuse was that they close in 30 minutes they couldn't take the order as they have a guy walked into the store behind me and make a huge orderand I'm a veteran with cancer and this is the third time I've done this and I'm trying my best to do everything I can to keep them as my favorite restaurant and they're doing everything they can to be sure I never give them any more money and I called the manager and the manager at another store and told him what they were doing and they just hang up on me so this probably won't even get bread for a review by the looks of the way they treat their rewarded customers for eating their almost every day I'm sorry for anything from anybody from that company and if I don't want to post this on the front page of the paper because I've been listening on video SHAME ON YOU PIZZA HUT and you're writing is a zero I don't even deserve you don't even...

We had ordered the big box special. The delivery service Door Dash, Jake the driver tonight, decided to steal our food, for which we paid $45! He tried saying that he handed it to my wife despite the fact that in the instructions, my wife states to call upon arrival. That never happened and we received a notification saying our order was delivered. He made the mistake of admitting as such via text messaging door dash app. I drove directly to Pizza Hut on 3rd Ave in Huntington, and Ashley the manager went above and beyond her job description to help. So kudos to Ashley. Thank you! As far as the door dash is concerned, this isn't the first time something like this has happened. Door Dash gets a thumbs down and It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that if the door dash doesn't get their act together soon, they'll wind up the door trash and no one will use...

I work in the food industry, and I am not one to complain - but I picked up food from here on the way home on Friday. I've ordered from here in the past and the food has always been great!!! But this time, the pizza happened to be undercooked - it was a Friday, they were probably really busy, I get it... So, I took pictures of the pizza and called to let them know, but the manager wasn't there. I was told they'd give me a call back "in a few minutes" but they never did. They just left me hanging about it. I finally got in touch with the manager the following night and he was very unprofessional. Because of this experience, especially with the manager, I'll avoid this place in the future. There's a bunch of other good pizza places around...Marcos, Ginos, Papa...
