Monty's Original Pizza — Restaurant in Huntington

Take this from a food expert! They wont replace an order or refund if you have an issue, customers beware. I have ate at every place in Huntington my whole life and never had an issue till i dealt with the owner. Got a cold pizza there before on delivery owner would not replace the pizza. I basically wasted my money on a cold pizza due to their slow delivery. I also got another item on menu that was horrible. The owner won't refund you order or replace it because there is no corporate number and he knows it. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner should make it right by replacing the error. Go to giovannis, Evaroni's or somewhere where they value their customers. Sure pizza is good but service sucks if you have an issue with their food. The owner has really bad customer service skills when an issue arises. It's evident he doesnt wsnt to lose a dime of profit no matter if the customers are happy or not. This is how businesses lose business and they lost a long term customer im not wasting my money when somethings...

I have lived in Huntington my whole life (47 years). Monty's used to be without a doubt the best pizza in town. Most places you eat at have an "off day" and the food isn't exactly how you would like it but I have given Monty's several chances before making a comment. This pizza is now by far the absolute WORST pizza I have ever "tried" to eat in my entire life! This is not the first (or second) time I have come to this conclusion. For whatever reason they put just an extremely thin layer of "dough" not crust that is so thin it is barely enough to soak up the grease from the meats and cheeses. Made me instantly sick to my stomach with one bite! Why is there no crust on this pizza?? It is like eating a handful of cooked pepperoni and sausage with cheese melted over the top. I will without a doubt never eat at this establishment...

This is our favorite pizza in town, but we will NOT be ordering again. Ordered Sunday and got charged for literally every single possible topping when my husband said over and over again that he only wanted sausage, pepperoni, banana peppers, mushroom, and onion. He even questioned the price being so much and made the girl repeat it back multiple times. Pizza came with every single topping, we called and complained. She said her name was "Cassandra" and that she put us down for a replacement. Called back to verify that we actually had a replacement wrote down and of course there wasnt.
