Luckily for me, the drive thru wasn't busy when I rolled up to the order speaker because I was unfamiliar with the menu and had stopped at a friend's request. My friend wrote her order down for me, but since I didn't see her sandwich on the menu board, I had to ask for assistance and was told that the particular sandwich was seasonal. My friend also had a special request about her shake, no whipped topping) The lady at the window (wish I'd gotten her name) was very friendly as she handed the order out to me. No sooner did I pull away then my friend returned my text citing the alternate sandwich she wanted. So I pulled around to the speaker, order it (them-cuz the roast beef was on special.) The same nice lady was at the window as before, so when she asked me if I wanted any sauce, I told her I wasn't sure because my friend didn't say any in her text. The worker advised me that most people like their 'Arby's sauce' and politely put a few in the bag. Another worker or another time, would likely been put out/agitated with my numerous needs for assistance, however, this worker was not. Read moreThis location normally has pretty good customer service, but tonight whoever was working the drive-thru approximately around 6:10 p.m. was just incredibly rude.
My boyfriend had asked if they still had sliders.. they asked what he was referring to and he said, “Like the pizza sliders”; because we were told before they didn’t, but it was advertised. She said they do still sell the sliders, but sounded annoyed.
Anyway, my boyfriend proceeded with our order and asked for the pizza sliders, she said, “SIR, WE DO NOT SELL PIZZA SLIDERS ANYMORE NOR THE HAM” very rudely. I told him to just pull off because my day already wasn’t the greatest and her “customer service” didn’t make it any better.

Read moreThis is the worst fast food experience I have ever had I went through the drive-through my order was completely wrong I got home and called the manager was rude over the phone but told me to come back in with the receipt to have the food replaced. I go back the next day to have my order replaced and the same 2 people who were working the drive-through window happened to be inside... Before I can say anything the guy who took my order the day before yells "Hey that guy is back about his fries".... Which leads me to believe that you knew my order was wrong when you handed it to me out of the window yet made no effort to correct it.... I can say at least that the manager was helpful but between the poor customer service from the other employees and the poor quality of food I will most certainly not be giving arby's any more of...
