DO NOT PLACE A MOBILE ORDER HERE. I’ve done so maybe 3 times at this location and have issues every time. I should have learned to stop attempting but I’m willing to work with a place. This time they completely refused to make my food. At 10:20pm I placed a mobile order. After waiting for 10 minutes we were told by the man who seemed in charge they did not have our order. At this point he hadn’t even asked our names yet so not sure how he knew that. He asked the name on our order and told us he would check on it. TWENTY minutes went by and no one told us anything. I called the store and my first call they hung up in my face. My fourth call they finally answered and the very sweet girl on the phone tried her best to get the others attention and ask about our order. Ten minutes later the same man walks back out and says they don’t have the order. I then tell him the money has already been taken out of my account. He tells me he needs a receipt in order to make my food. I offer him the downloadable receipt that Sonic offers on the app. He told me “Nope. Don’t have it. I won’t make it.” I then ask for a refund which he proceeded to shut down as well. When I contacted the support line they told me the mobile receipt should have been more than enough to have them make the order. I work in food service and have worked in drive thru settings. There is completely a way to look at past order history. Even still an order that is PAID for with proof should be honored. There were several other people in the mobile order section having issues as well. Thank you to the woman who answered the phone so we could receive some answers. The manager was willing to just let us sit there for thirty minutes wondering where our food was at thinking he was checking on it meanwhile the whole time he was going to refuse it to us. Read moreI came here for a late lunch at around 4:30pm and they weren't too busy with parked cars ordering outside but their drive-thru had 5 cars ahead of us. Once we got to the speaker, we had to repeat our order 4 times for the young man to get it correctly, and then once we pulled forward to where only 2 cars were ahead of us to pay, the young man came outside to tell us they didn't have a side item we had ordered available and asked what else we would like instead. That isn't to terrible of an experience, however, once we did get our two meals ( a number 12: which is bar-b-q covered popcorn chicken or buffalo popcorn chicken and we purchased one of each.)and parked to eat...we each opened our chicken and realized they had both been covered in buffalo sauce as well as a mixture of bar-b-q... We only had a 30minute lunch and had already spent 20minutes of that waiting on food that was carelessly tossed together with no regards to the fact we had payed for it with our time and hard earned money... I sure was not about to waste more of my time just to receive another menu item that looked like it had been scooped up from the trash and just put in a bag. I could understand messing up one order but both!? They knew very well what they were serving us and didn't care how nasty the concoction was for us to consume. I guess the only thing I can say positive is that they we're polite (when most fast food places get your order wrong they get upset and become rude to you like it was your fault your order was messed up and how dare you say something... even though they are the ones that made it lol... Yeah these guys weren't rude at all!) To sum it all up and let me be clear one more time... their attitude was great...now only if we can get the accuracy, the speed, and have the actual products available to order that the menu says they have... Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience tonight. Have to watch this location anyways multiple wrong orders and missing food, however i normally check food before leaving. Tonight i did this very thing only to find less than half my food. Made an order on the app. Took 27 minutes for a status change after arriving to stall. Found over half my order missing. Asked for a manager, she took nearly 10 minutes to come out. Explained situation only for her to say shes training new people. I asked if i could have the rest of the food and asked why nobody checked the order.. She offered to remake the meal. I asked where the rest of the food was, she said i have a trainee, thats not a reason to be missing the order completely. I called customer service number.. Was on line with them over 15 while they monitored status and my order. Finally after asking where my order was at the direction of the customer rep. The stated she needed 7-8 more minutes. Finally 47 minutes after Inital arrival she brought out food.... Still missing kids items i pushed button (cust. Service still on line) and asked for my drink... Manager brought me ranch dressing instead.... I asked again for the drink and finally got it.... Total encounter took 53 minutes after app order. This is completely poor service. Never got an apology from manager, just crazy looks when i asked why i didnt have my entire order the first time.
