Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Hurricane

I've been in the food industry for a long time. Customers can get irritating. I don't order here often, it was my second time through so I'm not familiar with the menu. I dont know the names of the sandwich and I had thought I ordered 4..The girl who took my order was very nice and polite (she seemed new) there was a misunderstanding with my order from both her and I. I went back to the window because I had thought we were missing food from the order. The girl who helped me the second time needs to work on how to talk to people . I was as nice as I could be but she seemed like she was ready for a fight. I fully understand how irritating this can be, but we will probably never go back to that location. But I'm sure you guys get plenty...

I’m hoping my review and thoughts change. We were so excited to have a Jimmy John’s in Hurricane! In St. George it was my family’s go to when we were busy. While it is close by.. I have a newborn and figured ordering delivery would be so awesome. I ordered food and it arrived 45 minutes later with all our sandwiches SOGGY :( Like insanely soggy and so much later than the 18 minutes promised when ordering. The kid’s sandwich also had the smallest amount of avocado I’ve ever seen. I understand it’s a new location so I’m hoping this does not continue and the quality can be equivalent to the St. George locations… just...

How hard is your job? If someone orders an unwich, they need at least 1 napkin. I'm not really sure how pickles sound like onions on your little speaker thing as I was ordering through the drive thru. This is the second time this has happened. I was so excited to hear that hurricane was getting a Jimmy's John's and I understand that there is a learning curve but even just how the unwiches are wrapped is trash. Jimmy John's bluff would never. AND, the icing on the cake... there was a bug wrapped in with it 🤢 Won't be back. I'll drive to St....
