We went here for the first and last time. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. Reservations were made for 7:30. When we got to the restaurant we were taken to our seat in the back corner by the cheap Dollar General style divider that serves as their kitchen door. We asked if they were serious and then we were offered a table just around the corner in a room that had way too many people in a confined space given the guidelines of this Covid-19 period. These 2 situations should have been my red flags and we should have exited at that time. Next comes service, the drinks came fairly quickly, but it took our server 20 minutes to come back and get our order. One person in our party has a severe allergy to fish. We asked if the steaks and fish were cooked in the same area. They said yes, but the chef could pan sear a steak for her and finish it off in the oven. She was still nervous and opted for soup and salad. Her salad came out, she completely finished it and we were still waiting for my husband's salad. That came out 15 minutes later. We waited another 45 minutes for our food. Mind you, we had 2 steaks, 2 soups, 1 asparagus (they call it shareable, that is a joke. It was 5 pieces) and 2 salads. That is what we waited all this time for. Our server barely served us. We had to ask for drinks multiple times. Once our dinner was completed, we asked to speak to a manager. Fifteen minutes later we had a hostess who told us the owner was to busy to speak with us and asked if she could help. That is ridiculous, but does explain the horrible service, unprofessional attitudes of the staff and the insane amount of time it took to have a very expensive dinner that was truly...

Not impressed at all.....first of all when we walked in we were greeted by who I think was the owners which is a nice touch but when the gentleman ask if we had reservations we replied yes we were with "work party" no reason to mention my company name. He the owner says the young lady will show you to your seats. The young lady wasn't young at all I think it was the owners wife she rudely says walk to the left the room is on the left. I was like wow that was rude. The interior of the place is dated but not bad if theh would take the time to clean it. The waiter seemed to be bothered when he was ask for something. The food ISN'T AT ALL quality food the steaks were very fatty and very chewy not tender at all. We needed a steak knife and had to saw the meat we eat our steak medium rare to rare the steak looked like it was prepared by a jail house cook or a part time teenager cook who should be working at a fast food restaurant. The steak is served on a hot plate but that is it. The steak isn't cooked on the plate you can tell when a steak is broiled on the same plate it is served on. Seafood appetizers were no more then deep fried frozen food. The desert pie taste as if was slightly freezer burnt. All round experience for a high end steak house they failed they will never get my money. The bath room toilet seat didn't even match the toilet I mean if you have a oval toilet then you should not have a round toilet seat I mean come on its 20.00 at best and a trip to home depot I expected more for a well named place. Morris...

First time going here and decided to take guests I had in town from CA. I was excited to try something new because we usually go to Jeff Ruby’s but was sadly disappointed. My steak was way over cooked which wouldn’t have been a huge deal but when they resubmitted the ordered it appeared they forgot to bring it out. The waiter came out to check on everyone and realized I never got it. At that point they were ordering to go boxes so I told him not to worry about it but he insisted. I honestly felt forced to buy a steak I had to eat out of a togo box days later. I’m terrible with left overs so it really never got eaten. We came to the conclusion that he didn’t want me to cancel, since our party was a large group he didn’t want to miss out on the percentage applied towards the tip. I did get a free dessert for the delay and the waiter I think did try to give us good service which is why I still gave 2 stars. Another couple at our table found some kind of wrapper in their soup too. For the prices and food I think it’s over priced and the restaurant is dated. Actually there was a random piece of plywood on a portion of the wall where we sat. Just seemed musky and dingy. If your wanting top quality steak and a great experience I highly recommend Jeff Ruby, Grassa Gramma or Ruth Chris. Side note others in our party did think the food was ok but didn’t like that they couldn’t split the bill which made it inconvenient for all. Calamari and...

My husband and I had never been to Del Frisco’s, but when he planned a date night, a friend highly recommended it. He made reservations for 7 PM last night (Friday evening), and we were not disappointed! Our server, Erica, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always greeting us with a warm smile. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the filet with Alaskan king crab legs, and they were perfection! I really appreciated how the food was served on hot plates, keeping everything warm for the entire meal. My husband ordered a filet as well, paired with the potatoes au gratin, which were just as incredible. I also want to commend the atmosphere—it was so calm and low-key, which I deeply appreciated. As someone who is hearing impaired, loud restaurants with blaring music and noisy crowds can be overwhelming with my hearing aids. Here, I was able to fully enjoy our evening without distractions. Overall, Del Frisco’s delivered an amazing dining experience, and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. We can’t wait to visit again!

A large group of us gave Del Frisco's a try for a double birthday dinner, and no one left disappointed or hungry! Service was good and friendly, but sometimes a little slow to check in on us (which we didn't mind too much as we were in no hurry). The food was definitely the star of the visit. Amongst the table, we had several different menu options, from soups to salads and oysters to many different types of steaks. All were prepared perfectly and so flavorful. Several of us complimented our dinners with different sides, and not a one was a bad choice. Expect to pay a little more than a run of the mill steakhouse, but the food is definitely worth it. If going on a date, the dinner for two looked like an amazing choice just by itself, or add a salad. For a single entree, any steak is a good choice (several had the filet trio and loved it), but the Filet tips with duchess potatoes looked like a great bang for your buck and were absolutely amazing. One last tip, the French Onion soup here had to be one of my top 3 "Best Ever!"

This was our first visit and we will definitely be returning. My filet steak was so juicy and the taste was amazing! I also ordered the wedge salad and it was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. There were 4 adults in our party. All of our steaks were cooked the way we ordered and everyone was very pleased with our service. Our server was Laura and she was amazing. We never had to ask for anything. She was on the refills for our drinks and bread and was quick to pick up our dishes after we were finished. We decided to order dessert. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and the turtle cheesecake were great. Thanks for a pleasant evening and dining experience. We will never return to the casino for over priced steak. Del Frisco’s will be our go to for a steakhouse from now on. The only downside to our visit was there was a large party in the same back room as us and they were very loud. Not the restaurant’s fault and we understood that.
