This particular McDonaldâs is always disappointing. The food is fine, but the staff leaves something to be desired. Like my fries. Seriously, they must have left them somewhere. Be warned, this is theeeeee sloooooowest McDonaldâs in history. Why? I never understand. Also, when is McDs going to get rid of the kiosks? Itâs been fun, yâall, but I hate taking 10 minutes to order when it wouldâve taken me 1 minute at the counter. I realize you can still order at the counter, but have you ever noticed thereâs always a killer long line there? Because everyone hates the kiosks. Hereâs a good (bad) story about this McDonaldâs. Wife and I went in and ordered 2 salads. I wanted the Southwest she wanted a different one. When our food came, it was just her salad, none for me. I told the girl we were missing the southwest salad and she said sheâd go get it. I waited 15 minutes...nothing. I went and asked her if it was coming; she said yes. I waited 10 minutes. Nothing. My wife went and asked if it was coming. The girl said they were out of that salad. (This would have been nice to know, eh? I guess they thought Iâd eventually forget I was hungry and had paid for a salad and just leave.) When my wife told me this, I was like... why tho? Is it the dressing they are out of? The corn/bean topping? So I went to the front and asked to speak to a supervisor. A child/supervisor informed me that, yes, they were unfortunately out of the corn/bean mixture that goes on the Southwest salad. DRAT. She offers to get me another salad instead. I agree because at this point, itâs been 35+ minutes and Iâm HANGRY, YO. (Did I mention we had our baby and toddler with us. Those little munchkins/demons are not great at waiting.)    Read moreToday At 3pm my daughter and grandson were in the store eating. We first ordered a 12 meal deal, which was good other then the fries. Then I ordered a banana strawberries smoothie and large chocolate shake, plus an order fries. The only fries that were good was the 2nd order's the rest you could tell they had been sitting for awhile. Then my other daughter (these 2 are twins) showed up and order a 12 meal again as a separate transaction from ours. Again, she was brought cold fries. After getting so may cold fries, I went and complained to a lead shift. I asked them if they could trade them out. The girl that was at the front mumbled, "I brought her warm fries" and wanted to argue with me instead of resolving my issue. Then I spoke to the first shift lead, Brooke . and she didn't do anything to help the issues. So I asked for another person that would be able to help me. The person I spoke to, I think his name is Sam not sure he had shoulder length blond hair, and he was arguing with me as well. So, I finally asked for the GM's business card. I explained and showed them my 3 orders (2 orders placed by myself and one by Aurora, my daughter who was not with me at the beginning but showed up later.). My daughter, Aurora, didn't order till 3:40pm and they were cold fries. The only employee that tried to resolve the issue and fix the issues was Tena and honestly I am not sure why you have 2 people as leads that don't do their job and would rather upset the customer more then resolve the issue presented to them. I am going send this to the Head Quarters because this was a BIG ISSUSE. Out of all the employees TENA was the only one that tried to resolve my issues. Those 2 shift lead and other employee (she was at the cash register) were just more worried about arguing with me and being rude.    Read moreThe wrist McDonaldâs Iâve ever been too the the food we got was wrong half of our burgers where smashed I was missing a meal and when they gave me the meal I got pickles which one of my friends is allergic too and then she refused to give us a McFlurry we ordered and proceeded to argue with a us I think the managers name was Mariam and she yelled at us and refused to give us half our things Iâm genuinely so dissapointed I work at a different McDonaldâs and I would like to reach out to the gm and further to fix this problem because Iâm not getting what I paid for and also getting yelled at what is this customer service and then when I wanted to get my McFlurry the manager proceeded to say Iâll just give you your refund instead and I agreed and I asked who her general manager was and she Confirmed and proceeded to say youâll be hearing from me too saying she has lots of employees threatening me does McDonaldâs not care about their image anymore who are these people they are hiring and their is no way to contact a higher up and and let them know these situations are going on instead of descalating the situation they escalated it further and made things worse I would not ever return here or tell anybody to come her they need to get their staff under control and properly train them on customer service and the fact that half of our food wasnât replaced when it was wrong?
