The fact that the boss felt that it was NECESSARY to slander my name as a cook is obscene. I left this job after a week, all be it without giving my two week notice, because for one; I had a much better opportunity waiting for me. The other reason being they treat their kitchen staff very unfair. At the beginning you have to sign a contract saying you forfeit any rights to any kind of lunch break which is ludicrous. I as a cook at this place was only trained by a cook who had one foot in the door, and no one else. I on the one day that I worked by myself, couldn't get the time to go to the bathroom or get water. The couple of times that I did get a break, I chose to just sit and catch my breath because the orders where non stop and that is too much for one person to handle. Oh, and lets not forget the fact that they would label stuff, and if it was going bad, push it out for another 3-4 days. That is disgusting. The fact that absolutely NO ONE washed their hands as well is disgusting. The kitchen was a nightmare, and they refuse to pay a livable wage to their staff. Iasked what it was for and was told it was to insure the drivers. Then was asked how much of a tip I wanted to add to my card. I stated if the service was good I would tip cash. Order came promptly, I tipped $5 cash to a courteous driver. Because they were close I asked if she could bring me ranch for the wings I ordered. To which the driver said she would be happy to deliver (I tipped $5 for a 5 minute drive) I was called by the manager and informed I did not request ranch therefore I would get none. I just really hope the public to know that they change dates on old dough. Not a single person but maybe a couple managers even wash there hands.
