Our experience was so bad I’m not even sure where to start. Went for my husbands birthday tonight and we had patio seating. Server took our drink order, it took 20+ minutes to get our water and soda. The bar drinks that my bro in law ordered took another 15 min and then they were wrong. It took 20 min to get our servers attention only to have her tell him that they didn’t have the whiskey he wanted when he had just ordered the same drink at the bar while we waited for a table. We had to call into the restaurant to get our server to refill our soda and water. After being there for 2 hours and watching multiple other tables that were seated after us receive their food we decided we had had enough. Some of our party went to check on our food and we were told they were just putting it on to cook. We said don’t bother we were leaving and asked to talk with the manager. By the time the manager was located our food was magically ready. The only thing the manager had to say was that they were really busy and they were sorry and that they had several large parties for birthdays! They did comp our meals, it’s just unfortunate that my husband. could not enjoy his birthday dinner while if was warm and on a plate instead of a styrofoam container and lukewarm. I get being busy, but little things like checking on drinks, offering more bread, offering to check on our food with the kitchen etc go a long ways to making us, the customer feel like we are not being totally neglected and looked over. This place is in the parking lot of our hotel so of course I had to check out the menu. I have been wanting to eat nachos all the time lately so I ordered the Snake River Nachos and walk over to pick them up. I am surprised that apps were half off, and this app was huge! They even put it in this tin that kept it warm my walk back to the room. These were amazing, the steak was tender and they were spicy. Best nachos I have ever had. I am sad I won’t be able to have them again but may be best I am not tempted daily.

So I went back again for dinner. This is a steak place obviously so I order chicken of course. The Captain’s Chicken because it sounded so good. The sauce flavor was amazing and the garlic potatoes were not like any I have had before. Unfortunately though I cut into the chicken and it’s tough, but I taste it and it’s chewy. I tried the other piece of chicken and same thing. Maybe overcooked, freezer burned. I was disappointed and the waitress was super nice offering to have another made but I was just a little grossed out and didn’t want more chicken. I did keep my mashed potatoes though. I also got a strawberry mango daiquiri and you could really taste the strawberry flavor which tasted amazing. Like frozen strawberries not just artificial flavoring. My friend had the filet mignon and this was perfect. It melted in your mouth and was cooked to perfection. Went great with my potatoes too.

VERY bad experience. Waitress was uninterested in doing her job when we were there Sat night. We were promptly seated but waitress didn't come over to our table for 10 minutes. When she did, we wanted to give her our party's beverage order and we tried to inform her that several members of our party had silverware that had food stains on it. We told her about it but wheen she got back, guess what ? No clean replacement silverware AND she got ALL our beverage orders wrong. We placed our entree orders and kindly asked her to bring our party some dinner rolls & honey butter but we didn't get the rolls until TWENTY TWO minutes after she brought our dinner. 2 members of our party of 6 ordered steaks and both steaks were not cooked as ordered. The chicken fried chicken I ordered was cold and the mashed potatoes portion was very undersized as opposed to its usual size. I asked for french onion soup with my meal and ouuur annoyed waitress brought my soup 30 minutes after i finished the chicken fried chicken meal. My sister ordered salmon w/asparagus and it had a different vegetable than what she ordered. The waitress was VERY annoyed when we brought these things to her attention. We left, stopped by the hostess' podium & left our number asking for a manager to call us and 6 days later and STILL no phone call back...
