My family and I were going to eat there for lunch one day because it was close to where I was working. My family had an emergancy and had to cancel. So I called in to see if I could have a to-go order and was told they do not do to-go orders because they do not have the plastic Silverware to provide with the meal. Nore do they have a way for payment. I decided to walk over and order something and the lady at the counter told me they don't do Togo orders once again. I asked her, "so if I sit down at a table, order my food, then ask for a box, would that be okay?" She then stated that she would do it this one time. I ordered the chicken fried stake bowl with no onions or peppers. Once she came out with the order, she asked me if I needed plastic Silverware to eat with (? Thought they didn't have any of that...?) I said no. When I got back to work, my food had nothing but onions and peppers throught the meal and looked horrible. It did not taste well either. I ten out of ten will not be eating there ever again.

Found this charming diners tucked away from the city, just opposite Towne Place Suite Marriott. The moment you step in, you are welcomed by their friendly General Manager, Hector with a warm smile. He seats you quickly and takes your drink order. Unlike other places I have been in the states, their staff will quickly take your order so that you need not wait too long. Shout out to Z, who was attending to me the whole time, making sure I was alright and had my coffee refilled with her huge smile. Their portions are huge so you might consider sharing. I had their German pancake combo which comes with 2eggs and choice of meat. The pancake was larger than my head. Was delicious. The squeeze of lemon was critical, elevating the already light, pancake. German pancakes are typically more eggy than floury tasting. It was definitely a great discovery and will come back again if I had the chance.

I would have actually like to rate this higher because the food was good. The building is older but very welcoming. The main reason for the three star is my waiter was a little bit scattered. I sat down and the hostess got me water. 3 to 4 minutes later a couple walked in and was sat also. The waiter immediately went to their table and waited on them and still did not check on me for about another minute or two. Once he asked if I was ready to order I heard him complaining to the kitchen about just being double sat. He also dropped the check off about halfway through my meal. I actually had intentions of ordering a dessert but decided against it based off his actions. Considering the service I probably won't return to this establishment.

I came in to place an order to go during my wife's lunch break. I gave my order to the manager and was very specific about my order. I asked for a simple cobb salad, with no cheese (my wife has a bad milk allergy). I had a bunless hamburger with no tomato. She asked if the sauce was fine on the burger, I said it was fine. I was handed my food and was on my way in a timely fashion. However, once I got to my destination, I inspected the bag a found that there were no utensils, no napkins, my burger had no sauce (but had tomatoes), and when my wife bit into the salad, there was blue cheese in it. So while working with a finite amount of time on her lunch break, we had to stop eating altogether and waste time tracking down some antihistamine to counteract a reaction. I had very simple requests and I gave them to the supervisor on shift. I would think that you would inspect people's food to see if the order is correct before it leaves or at a minimum, place basic utensils to eat a salad with. I expect this type of service from a lower cost establishment, in other parts of the country where pride in your job is lacking. However, in a business that certainly purports great customer service, my experience was sorely lacking in...

I was simply going to give 5 stars for kid-friendliness, however, once the food got to the table my mind completely changed and I wish I could give 10 stars! For kid-friendliness, this place goes above and beyond!! The menu is a coloring book, activity book and more. The kids meals are affordable with large portions, a choice of chocolate milk or juice, and absolutely delicious. Our server also brought us a cute superhero kids mask and I'm so disappointed to say I accidentally left it at the restaurant. My son had a blast, he even ate some of my omelette and I cannot get him to eat eggs at home. The food, was phenomenal. Everything that came to our table was perfectly prepared and fresh. I got the crab omelette and it was enough food for my husband and I to split. The omelette was delicious, absolutely sating my appetite for crab. The crab was meaty, and delicious and paired so well with everything on my plate. We ordered it with hash browns and buttermilk biscuits. The biscuits taste just like Grandma's homemade biscuits. Our service was also fantastic! We were in a large group and our orders came fairly quickly. I'm blown away at this restaurant and would go everyday if I could....
