What a great treasure to find when looking for some local flavor. I appreciate everything this memorial stands for and what it hopes to convey in teaching both young and old visitors to the memorial. I found it incredibly powerful and after the first section was crying the whole time knowing the courage, pain, and devastation most of the people highlighted experienced. Its powerful. It was still under some construction so I can see it only getting better when that new section is complete but even with one part fenced off for work the walls of quotes, the voices you can listen to, and ability to sit and reflect is a really special experience that I wish more cities brought light to something many people don't even know about. Read moreMy experience has been remarkable regarding the actual memorial. However my experience with officials implying their active participation in solely covering the negative vandalism, or when they're patting themselves on the back is absolutely deplorable to myself personally. It saddens my heart to observe the media misconstrue how "people cOMe there to reflect", that's my back in that shot televised, and after seeing it I have to say I'm doubtlessly certain I'm not who needs to reflect. I'd also like to know how it is Dr. Viktor Frankle is no where to be seen anywhere at the memorial??? Hardcore sad face, and too great for hate is ironic given it's a human rights memorial only acknowledged when...

We saw people on rafts, inner tubes, and going directly into water. The cabin next to Anne Frank Park for writers forget all details but can find online more information. Some photo highlights of the park. *Note , we went July 25th, it gets hot during day and not much shade but people mainly were biking and in River at our...
