Congratulations Springfield on having the actual worst Chipotle of all 3,200 locations! I mean even actively trying to mess things up you have to accidentally get things right from time to time... not here! Every Single Time our orders are wrong. Did you know they quit preparing any fresh food at 8pm even tho they are open until 10pm? How is that even real. If you order on the app they just short you if they don't have it and don't even tell you and if you ask they say you can put the missing items in on the app. They don't try to help fix it they just send you on your way short. And how you even saying you're giving me a "free" anything when you are just replacing what I ALREADY PAID FOR?! The employees clearly don't care and I get it, it's food service and it's not super easy to get psyched up to put some rice and beans in a bowl for someone but at least have a little pride in yourself to do the right thing from time to time. The management at this store clearly is NOT paying attention. This store has horrible reviews and nothing ever changes. Good luck North Dirksen Chipotle. It's gonna be great telling stories about how bad you were when you're gone...
UPDATE (4 hours later): I find it so strange that Chipotle Corporate is so quick to reply to a bad review, like almost immediately actually, and offers a link for me to come to their page (all the while I'm sure will be collecting add data from the cookies they have set up on that link) to "help". Chipotle, you got yourself into this problem. I and many others in this comment string for this store have made it very clear, quite graphically at times, and if you actually cared and paid attention to your customers you'd realize this store REQUIRES changes or you might as well just write it off now. Maybe put away the auto-reply and have someone actually READ the comments, review the similarities between so many of them, and implement some changes to better your store to support your customers who support you. It's your own fault if they leave you. P.S. It's insulting to your customers when your employees forget food (repeatedly) from an order that was fully paid for by said customer and having used the online or app "problem with my order" option that customer receives a reply saying Chipotle is granting them a "FREE" replacement. Your customer paid for it and your employee forgot it! There is NOTHING "FREE" about it, you OWED it to them. Just make the order right, whole, and complete and don't patronize those who spend their money at your store....

We called the store to just let them know the order was messed up and they said we could come back to make it. And we were like it’s ok, just wanted to let you know so maybe this doesn’t keep happening. The manager got really mad and told us that she doesn’t want us coming in anyways and hung up.
This location has messed up our order numerous times and we don’t give feedback but today when our burrito was made into a burrito bowl that was it. Like cmon chipotle I like your food but your abysmal manager and lack of attention to detail makes me not wanna eat at your establishments anymore. I don’t recommend this location at all 0/5

The seemingly "new" all black staff at this location were extremely racist and disrespectful towards the non-black customers, we were ignored and berated for 30 minutes straight, treated like second class citizens, food was sitting the back ice cold while we "waited" for the online orders, ignored. The online orders were done, they just wanted to make us wait because we were "under" them as doordash/delivery drivers. This location used to be so good, nice staff, then something happened, everyone that works there now seems like they don't want to be there and we are on THEIR time. Never accepting an order from this location every again, I hope nobody has to go through what these workers put us through today. With this staff at this location, Chipotle is no longer "quality fast food", its cold food and mean workers.
