The food is always good. I can't complain about the quality of the food. The bad part however, is what makes this location bad. If you go to this location after 8pm they will not make fresh food. I'm not saying I ask for fresh food. I'm simply saying if they don't have it already made they won't make it. I've visited this location 4 times in the past month after 8pm. I tried to order a chicken fried steak, told me they were out. Next day I went at 11 am and they had a steak for me. I went another night around 8:30 pm. Told me they had no more tenders, regular or spicy. Went back at open the next day and they had spicy tenders and regular tenders. Same night I went for tenders they told me they didn't have okra or jalepeno bombers. Seems like they shut down the fryers early and refuse to make items for customers close to the last hour or two close to close. I understand cleaning up early but if you are open until 10pm, and you have a menu available you should have each item available. 4 times I went and was told "We are out of this item" and next day I went at open and the items were available and staff told me they were not out. It seems like the night crew closes down early and refuses to serve customers items on the menu so they do not have to use the fryers. If you are open until 10pm, serve the menu until 10pm. I've had to go to a competitor to get the items I want around 8pm and later. KFC always has every item available up until close. I prefer churches to this competitor, however I feel I am forced to go to KFC as this location does not serve the food on their menu after 8pm as they do not wish to use the fryer after 8pm. If this only happened once I would understand. However this happened several times within a weeks time, I know they are refusing to...
Read moreI wish I could rate less. We went through and ordered $65.00 worth of food. We received part of our order. We received 16 of the same pieces of chicken and a ten piece strips half spicy have original. We ordered a ten piece original meal with sides. A 16 piece family meal with sides. Two orders of jalapeno poppers Two extra sides A dozen biscuits And two half gallons of tea
Feeding a large group. Now my wife was distracted after waiting at the window. And didn't check the order before leaving. That being said. She was handed two bags. She asked the lady if that was everything. To which the lady responded yep and shut the window.
My wife got home to discover most of our order missing. After calling the restaurant several times with no answer I drove back. Dumbfounded employees just looked at me like I was crazy and said we're closed.
I called the owner who's number is posted on the drive through window. He called back the next day and said he would be in the store the following day and he would look into it. After calling him again a week later, he again called back the next day and said he would give us a 16 piece meal to make up for the inconvenience. Unfortunately that doesn't come close to covering the loss. We have since called corporate several times. Corporate states all they can do is make the franchise owner aware of the issue and hope he honors his customers. He does not.
If you wanna roll the dice on weather or not you'll be robbed or actually get what you pay for stop on into the Noland...
Read moreNot even worth a half a star. I work with mentally and physically disabled adults and they wanted church's chicken for a treat because they dont have much money to go out whenever they want to. Its a friday evening and we ordered over the phone, went to pick up order and the ladies needed to split the bill in half do to both ladies eating and due to state, it needed to be fair, so splitting is the option. Never had an issue at any other food establishment before so didnt think anything of it. Well I was wrong. Went to pay and explained to the woman taking the payment that we needed to split the bill in half as best and as easy as possible. It didnt need to be exact but fair. She loudly said, " I dont think that is possible, why does this need to be done", while being loud and rude, may I add huffing and puffing. I kindly told her in a softer voice because my consumers were in there with me the reason of having to do this. That didnt help anything I than asked for the manager, she came to the front and also was loud and rude and basically told me if we cant pay on one card were out of luck. Not only were my consumer confused they didnt understand why we were basically being yelled at and why they didn't get to eat Church's tonight. I am highly disappointed in they way we were treated in front of other customers. My family, friends, anyone I know for that matter will be informed of this and no longer will be eating their chicken again. ...
