I have tried several times to like this place, but every single time I come there my drink is terrible and it doesn't taste anything like what I ordered and this is the Only scooters that does not know how to make coffee the way it's supposed to be made. I have bypassed this place because I know there are results but today since I have discovered a new coffee and it's pretty basic so I thought they could not mess it app but they sure did by just not adding raspberry that I have to pay almost a dollar extra for so again I had to come home do fix it and of course it's not gonna have the raspberry flavor and it was cold by the time I get home so I had to warm it up. A $6-$9 coffee I should NOT have to go through all this trouble and EVERY time. I only gave 2 stars because they are always very nice just like all the locations but today they made me pull around to the back which is out of the way of getting back on the highway and I was the only car in line so by the time I got to the back up the building they were coming out with my coffee so it literally took 30 seconds to make my coffee (wrong) and no hot stopper like I clearly said I wanted. I love big smiles and perkiness and to be in a good mood, but not when it overpowers your hearing and maybe u need to read back the order and maybe offer sweetener if u see they didn't add that since most ppl either think u do or don't notice it in the drop down menus. I don't know if it's the manager that has taught you guys the wrong way to make coffee or what happened to this location, but you definitely need to fix your service. I am a mobile app user each visit (Caramelicious tier, btw!) & my order is exactly the same - a Large Caramelicious Blender with an Extra Shot & Extra Drizzle; however, I don’t receive the same drink every time I order it. One time it can be perfectly sweet & the next it can just taste like milk. This morning I didn’t get the extra drizzle… let alone the normal drizzle - there was no caramel in sight… in the cup or on the whipped cream. There was also barely a taste of coffee, so I know there was no extra shot. The accuracy of my drink should not depend on who’s making it. I’m not sure whether each associate just makes it differently, or if some just aren’t reading the order thoroughly. One time a gentlemen even told me that he didn’t see the extra drizzle until the end of him making it. After yet another disappointing drink, I want to start telling the associate, “PLEASE NOTE THE EXTRA SHOT & EXTRA DRIZZLE!” after telling them I have a mobile order. Read moreI am extremely disappointed. I try to come and get coffee at least 3 to 4 times a week and I don't have usually have any complaints except for the last couple of days. The line has been so long the last 2 days I had to leave, however this morning was the worst. there were 7 8 cars I was at the end of the line, it looks like there was 2 guys working, I saw the car at the window sitting there for at least 10 minutes could have been longer, the car at the speaker same amount of time and she left, I sat for a few more minutes and the line was not moving, I saw 2 more cars leave and same car still at the window. I see a car pull up park and go to the window and get waited on immediately and leave while all these other cars are waiting. I left again 2 days in a row that business was lost. I love Scooters and I prefer over Starbucks however they got my business 2 days in a row due to lack of staff or just slow at it.
