If I could give this place zero Stars I would this is by far the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a long time. I do manage restaurant in Dilworth and I am absolutely embarrassed for them because of how they acted. The server that we had his name was Alex very nice little kid at first didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu but he's Young. My husband and I went in there to eat right around 8 o'clock little late for us on the Monday but we were shopping and the owner proceeded to seat us at a booth we were the only people in there aside from one couple. We ask the server if a salad came with the chicken alfredo and he said no but you can add $1.95. We were going to split a side Caesar salad but then decided to go with the add-on since it was cheaper and I was only going to have a couple of bites. We told the server that that's what we wanted and he said okay and asked if I wanted a side salad as well. I said no and he returned with a very large Caesar salad. I I asked if that was the side salad and he said yes and I was pretty much surprised how large the salad was. We finished our meals which was just okay and so far the service was fine. We got the check and realized that he had charged us $5.95 for a small Caesar salad as opposed to the $1.95 for the east side salad that was supposed to come with the entree. We asked him why we were charged for that and he said because that's how much it cost to get a side Caesar so we asked him why he told us or didn't correct us when he knew that we didn't want that we want to just see her that came when he argued with us about how we were wrong and that's just the way it is and then went and got the owner who proceeded to argue with us as well and tell us that he didn't care what we said or thought and that we were going to pay for it and argued with us instead of trying to figure out a way to fix the situation he just flat out told us that we were wrong and then we were going to pay for it he didn't care. All of this over $4. I would have fired one of my staff members that they had argued with Whitney the way that server dead and then the owner comes and argues with us as well and seems to not care one bit about the fact that we were upset. It's not my fault that your staff is under trained and not knowledgeable of your menu I know that it's only $4 but it's the concept and the principal. I will never go back and I will tell all my friends and family about how they treated us as if we were not valued guests in thier...
Read moreI really truly wish I could give this place a worse rating. If there was a zero star rating this place would be the lucky winner! The waiter was kind, prompt and attentive that was just about the only good thing about this place. My fiancé and I ordered mozzarella sticks which are just frozen and fried the chicken and veal parmesan with Alfredo sauce INSTEAD of the marina on BOTH the noodles and meat(not a problem for even Olive Garden) the up charge for that was $5 per plate (okay sure). When our plates came out there was marinara all over the meat, when we brought it to the attention of the waiter he went and spoke to the owner/“chef” JIM ROSSINI who promptly came out to our table with the worst aggression, attitude and unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced in any establishment let alone one where I am a paying customer. When we started trying to explain what we didn’t like he said “that’s just the way it is here” the food was bland and tasteless and soggy beyond words. Everything tasted like it was frozen which it more than likely was not to mention sitting in grease and the noodles were cold, overcooked and only warm on the bottom because of the warmed plate; it was all around the MOST unappealing and unappetizing “Italian” food we have ever had. If I were this man Jim Rossini I would quite frankly be embarrassed and ashamed to call this Italian cuisine. Such a disgrace. Save yourself and don’t EVER go to this place. Listen to the one star reviews. They...
Read moreWanted to celebrate an occasion with a nice Italian Meal, decided to order delivery from Rossini's which is literally 5 minutes away. Ordered loaded Cheese Breadsticks, 2x Veal Parmesan, and Baked Cheese Ravioli. Food arrived pipping hot, seemed to be made fresh even. Started with the cheese sticks, which were extra cheesy and quite tasty. We both moved on to the Veal which had generous portions with two cutlets each, smothered in mozzarella, and accompanied by a large portion of angel hair pasta. Was a little light on the sauce, but that's just personal preference. Angel hair was cooked perfect, and was surprisingly good, and then came the Veal. Veal was rubbery and full of fat/gristle to the point it almost wasn't edible. I don't order Veal on many occasions because it's what most consider a delicacy, tender lean meat that almost melts in your mouth. When you're looking forward to a treat and you end up with a rubber tree plant it kills the whole meal. I haven't tried the baked Ravioli yet, a little scared things might get worse. Far from a great impression on my first time eating at this Restaurant. Turns out even though I have been driving by it everyday going to and from work for 2 years I haven't been...
