They were very busy when we were there. While I was there, the supervisor said loudly to the crew in the back that they were on fire and he was proud of them. The people in the back instantly smiled. I loved seeing and witnessing that!! Update: We visited today for lunch. We spent 29 and some change. We purchased a Big Mac meal lg with a coke, McCrispy meal med. and Dr. Pepper, 6 pc children's meal fries and apples with a Hi-C, and an ice cream for our 2y/o grandson for a surprise after he eats his happy meal. They charged me 2.79 cents for a small cup of vanilla ice cream. They ring that up as a plain sundae. Had I known that, I would've just told them NM. The big Mac ordered without lettuce had so much shredded lettuce on it and it had a weird, not so good flavor and it was swimming in the sauce. You couldn't even see the fries over the "downward dip" in the front of the fry box. The chicken sandwich was a little cooler than lukewarm. I tried a few fries even though they weren't warm either but they weren't edible. They were so hard on the outside and the middle of the fry was hallow and no potato, at all. The kids meal chicken nuggets were also cold and hard. I tried one and it was extremely hard. Poor baby only got 7 fries in his fry box, literally 7, I counted them. His fries were no better. I couldn't eat my meal, my grandson couldn't eat his meal, and my husband was only able to eat his sandwich after he microwaved it for 30 seconds. I called CS, the lady said it usually only comes with 7 fries..🤣. She said the ice cream was really up as a plain sundae because that's how they do it. So instead of charging for an ice cream cone, no cone that's $1.89, they charge you for a plain sundae that costs $2.79. What are we supposed to buy for our super young children that can't eat an ice cream cone fast enough without it melting everywhere? Why don't you have a children's size ice cream....in a cup? I won't be visiting this location anymore. I was very displeased with the restaurant and customer service. The fact that during these times of inflation, your charging WAY to much for an ice cream that's smaller than the cone even. You're taking advantage of the customers in this way. The employee at least agreed with me and apologized. She was very nice and encouraged me to call the 800 number. Husbands fries were even laying sideways in the box, you could see the bottom of the fry box through the fries as of it had feel over and most of them feel out. We were also parked, so I thought of great!! We're getting fresh fries!! As soon as I saw they had been sitting in the box for awhile because they were even settled already and took a bite, I was completely disgusted at what I tasted and saw. I could've find anywhere else, but I chose your location. Supposedly, the "owner" is going to give me a call regarding this issue. I'll be back to update this review. Read moreI've been going here since I was a kid 30ish years ago. Almost every time it's been adequate if not superb in representing McDonald's cuisine. The customer service has slowly degraded over the last decade until it's now abysmal. Which brings me to my feedback. I picked up a meal at night, a little over an hour before close. Short story: upset cook intentionally screwed up my big mac so bad it was mostly distasteful and certainly intentional. Talked to NEW owner who apologized and refunded my money.
Full story:When I pulled up to order, no one acknowledged it. I repeatedly said hello for a couple of minutes with no response. I sat waiting long enough that I started to fall asleep. Uncertain exactly how long I sat there, but it was over 5 minutes of no acknowledgement or order request. I pulled around to the first window which was vacant. I waited again, and when the car at the next window left, I pulled forward. When I reached the second window, I was pleasantly informed "I" had made a mistake, but she took my order and instructed me to pull forward and park (not to block drive thru). While she was making her request, a female employee leaned out of the first window and started to loudly criticize me and blame me for her disrupting the process. Upon getting home and opening my food, I found a total mess in my big mac carton. Both burger patties were stacked on the bottom bun, about half a cup of sauce and lettuce on those, middle bun next followed by the requested single slice of unripe tomato and the other half cup of sauce, an unmelted cheese slice, and the top bun. It had apparently been placed in the carton on its side and smashed down with the lid. What the?!?!
When I spoke to the owner, I was given an excellent apology and refund, albeit a dollar and change short (another passive aggressive act by the employees slightly increasing the price? Idk.) Read moreI came through the drive-thru on Friday and ordered two oatmeal and a large drink when I got to the order I paid then when my food was handed to me I only had one oatmeal I asked the gentleman for my second oatmeal orders to oatmeal I only charged you for one I'll get the hell out of my line. I tried to tell him that he charged me for it but he was not listening and tell me I was stalling his line. Today I drove back through and asked to speak with the manager and the manager that on duty told me he was sorry and that he took care of my order I was okay paying for my order I just wanted one of my oatmeals for free since I paid for it the other day and didn't get the oatmeal. When I get to the second window the same gentleman who waited on me the other day was on his personal cell phone having a conversation went to hand me my food almost dropped it to the point that I had to snatch it out of his hand then he turn to me and asked me what the hell my problem was and why I snatched it out of his hand and I said well you were about to drop it because you were not paying attention he said what's your problem and I said well the other day you screwed up my order and told me I didn't get charged for two oatmeal and I did and you only gave me one and you told me to get the hell out of your line he told me to get the F out of his store even though I wasn't in it and I was to never come back again I said you can't just tell someone to leave because you messed up he told me I was holding up his effing line and I needed to get the F out of there I asked to speak with this manager and he laughed at me and said he was the manager I asked to speak with the other gentleman who had helped me just a few minutes ago he came over profusely apologize and you could tell that I was not the first person this gentleman had upset.
