Today I went to Biggby with my mom went up to the drive through and asked if we could do 2 Separate orders. I gave the girl at the window my card and coupon to pay for my order. My mom then gave her card and coupon for her order. The girl at the window told us that we couldn’t use the coupon because it was company policy. We asked because we thought we could use since it be used it was 2 separate orders. I asked if we could go back through the drivethru to use the coupon because it would be a separate visit. The girl at the window said yes. So I proceeded to get back through the drivethru. When we got back up to the window the girl said that she “talked to her manager and (we) couldn’t use the coupon because we know what your trying to do it’s a small family owned business and were trying to pay our employees”. We said how we asked if we could do that and she said yes. At this point we got frustrated and my mom said how it was another visit and they should honor it. And they said no. Very frustrated I said ok and gave her the card to pay for the drink. We were still saying how they should have honored it. Then the manager comes over and yells at me through the window and says “it’s $2 bro” pretty much telling me to get over it. I said “yea it’s $2 so why don’t you just honor it” they proceeded to close the window on us.
I understand company policy so we complied and did 2 separate orders on went to the drive thru 2 separate times. Yes those visits were minutes apart but it shouldn’t matter. Anywhere else you go if you were ordering from 2 separate people with 2 separate cards on 2 separate orders you are allowed to use 2 separate coupons. Also what about customer service? Yelling at a customer over a $2 coupon when you said we could use it if we went back around? They should have honored their words instead of yelling at us through the window. I am a small business owner myself and I would NEVER treat ANY customer that way. All they could have done was tell us they will honor it this time but they can’t do that in the future since they said we could. Instead of yelling at me and slamming the window on us.
And if that is the way the coupons work maybe consider changing the wording on the coupon to saying “limit one per visit, per...
Read moreRude management. We pulled up on buy one get one for $1 day. It was my mom, my brother, my sister, and myself. We decided to carpool before a group shopping trip, rather than taking four vehicles. All adults with our own payment methods.
It was pretty cold outside, and we asked if we could do two transactions. They had mentioned they only offer the deal one per vehicle. So a couple of us decided to walk up.
They left us there waiting for 5 minutes, and wouldn't do the $1 deal, because we pulled up in the same vehicle. 😂 It's a shame because we loved this coffee place, and have done multiple payments before on days without promotion. It's sad when you bring your whole family to enjoy something, and the manager gets stingy/won't do the promotion.

Read moreI’m a big fan of the Biggby brand and products, but this location is run very unethically. My family and I frequented this shop and my son decided he was interested in working for them. Though he loved his coworkers and the interaction with the customers he was terminated via text message by owner Mike over being late once legitimately due to an accident on the interstate and a misunderstanding with the time clock after only 9 days. He was never asked if there was an issue or if he had a misunderstanding. No complaints about his performance or ability to perform his job. He had previously worked at a bakery for over 2 years without a single complaint. Mike did not even give him the courtesy of a phone call. A TEXT MESSAGE!! Completely unprofessional and in my opinion cowardly. He’s lost a family of regular customers and also the business of friends that I have continually recommended give it a try because how much I loved the product....
