Worst Aldis location I have ever been to. This was the worst visit I have ever experienced at an aldis store. I have never visited this location & it was on my way home so I stopped here instead of my normal store. Never again. The parking lot was hard to get into & full of potholes. The store was crowded, unorganized, & very dirty. As I shopped one of the younger employees, was yelling to another coworker about how she was crying about something & was being very loud & dramatic. Does not make for a pleasant shopping experience. The restrooms were disgusting. Feces & urine were sitting in the toilet & when I flushed it it stuck to the bowl so it had been sitting there for quite some time. There were large boxes & pallets in the aisles. Worst part of the whole trip was the checkout. When I walked up, I let a man go in front of me because he had fewer groceries. The cashier was already waiting for a supervisor & calling out on the radio for assistance. Several employees were talking on the radio at the same time. Another employee came up to ring up the two other customers that walked up behind the first customer & I. (They were instructed to unload their groceries on a different checkout lane). The cashier asked her if she heard her on the radio & she said no.. so she then starts calling on the radio for the supervisor who starts complaining loudly on the radio that she is busy & doesn’t have time to help her! All five customers could clearly hear everything that was being said. Way to make customers feel like they matter. So then a different supervisor comes out to assist the new cashier who was having issues, yet this sup. was also complaining to her that she clocked out several hours ago & shouldn’t be there helping. The new cashier finishes the first order, rings the gentleman in front of me then starts to ring my order. There was no bar so it wasn’t totally her fault. She had to call the supervisor again who, of course, was not happy about. The cashier apologized several times to the guy but barely said anything to me. I know she was new so it wasn’t totally her fault. The management & other employees really should support their new staff better. If that had been my first visit to an aldi, I would NEVER return. Thankfully I am a loyal customer & I will just never visit that...
Read moreGood experience at ALDI last week. The store is a grocery store that offers low prices on a variety of products, including fresh produce, meat, dairy, bakery, snacks, beverages and more. The store also has some organic, non-GMO and gluten-free options, as well as award-winning items and limited-time ALDI Finds. The store was clean and organized, with clear signs and labels. The staff was friendly and helpful, and helped me with the online ordering. which were very convenient and fast. I bought some fresh vegetables, cheese, bread, salsa, chips and ice cream. The products were fresh, tasty and high-quality. The prices were reasonable and the portions were generous. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the products, as well as the low prices and promotions. The only downside was that the store had a limited selection of some items, such as meat and seafood. I also had to bring my own bags or buy them at the checkout. I would go back to ALDI again for my...
Read moreUpdate 10/8/25: One lone cashier is in place on the regular when the lines are long; no one to call for help. Two self-serve registers are closed. Believe it or not, real humans cannot be replaced. My favorite cashier (so fast and friendly) is gone. Other cashiers are friendly when they are actually there. SCHEDULE HUMANS. GIVE THEM HOURS.
The humans that work in this store are great! My favorite cashier is here. Take a few extra minutes when you can to help ensure people keep their jobs by going to the human cashiers' lanes. Aldi is cutting workers' hours because shoppers are using the automated lanes instead. Thank you to friendly cashiers who are here. To Aldi: do better than other chains and keep your humans...
