Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I was pretty disappointed when I went into this store yesterday and was told that they will no longer accept "expired" receipt survey coupons for the free chicken sandwich, starting January 1st. (Mind you, I was also trying to purchase three entree salads, 2 gallons of tea, fries and fruit cups). I just used an "expired" receipt coupon at the Greenwood location, as well as locations back in Maryland, without ever having any issues (all in the same week). This wasn't all! I purchased at least 20 chickfila calendars ($7 each) to give to family/friends for gifts over Christmas. I had 4 of the calendar cards with ME (to use January's deal my family, before it expired) and this location told me that they will only allow "2" calendar cards to be redeemed and the number of people MUST BE PRESENT. I'm appalled! These calendar cards were purchased, they were not free. This should NOT have a limit, when there is a January offer that expires at the end of the month. I was there with my Mother (2 of us), and I was trying to use all 4 (2 to eat in-store, 1 to bring to fiance's work and 1 to bring home). There is nothing written on calendar cards about a limit, there's never been a limit at ANY other store, and these were purchased cards. Once you use that month's offer, you wait for the next item the following month. Being a regular customer who purchases large orders, daily salads and tea, calendars and more... I find myself heavily considering another location to make further purchases. Extremely disappointed! Whether this is the proprietor of this store or not, this needs to be addressed...

Amazing experience! When first arriving, the line was tremendously busy to the point we almost didn’t go here. We decided to go inside instead, so our 2yo son could play in the play place. We were coming from TN and had a long drive. We weren’t expecting the amazing service that we had. I quickly ordered and before I even sat back down, they brought our food to us. Perfect food. No complaints. Then, my partner went to go change my son and I was cautious because normally bathrooms only have changing stations in the women’s. But they had them in both! Epic! My son played in the play place which was safe and fun for a 2yo. My son was even being quite crazy in the booth and threw his blanket out, which the manager was not upset about at all and that was comforting. Not to mention, they even came around while we were eating and offered us a free coffee! It was 11/10 the best experience & I would recommend it to anyone that’s hungry! Even when extremely busy, the environment was great! Seats were cleaned. Still wet even from mopping. It looked spotless and overall amazing! Every time I go to this location, I'm surprised how quick it is compared to how busy it is. Love their chocolate shakes and frozen coffees. Their frozen lemonade is much better than I expected. I love their grilled chicken wrap with the avocado ranch dressing. The dressing is also great for the waffle fries.

I also enjoy their grilled chicken sandwich and regular nuggets. The grilled nuggets tasted a little funny when I tried them so they aren't my favorite, but I appreciate they have a grilled option.

*Edited to add: we stopped here on Saturday to pick up some food. The drive thru looked terrible with so many lines (looked like 4) but everything ran so smoothly! I wanted to go somewhere else but my husband said to give it a chance. Drive thru took less than 10 minutes even though their entire parking lot looked completely full! Always impressed with their speed and good...
