BEWARE OF FREE TABLETS THAT COME WITH A 2 YEAR CONTRACT
My husband and I have had the worse experience in our 20 years of dealing with Sprint. We were told when we upgraded to the new Smart Phones that we got a free tablet and no contracts or no restocking fees if we brought everything back to the Store. My husband decided he wanted a different phone. They charged us a restocking fee but gave us another "free" tablet. Also, they said they would take off a cover that he got later and my bill may be a bit higher. My bill went from $66 to $449! I called and the lady took off a lot of charges and got it down to a reasonable amount, including the restocking fee, holder and activation fees for 5 devices.
Somehow they did not get my check and I got a disconnect notice. I called, they said they would wait, they didn't and disconnected our phone just at the time we were waiting for news concerning my terminally ill brother-in-law! I called again and they gave me time. Apparently, on the way to a different store to complain about the free tablets, they received our payment.
Here is the KICKER. When I called the second time, the operator (Sprint Care) told me we were paying $15 a month for each tablet and that we were locked into a 2 year contract!!!! We have two tablets at home and the only reason we took them was because they were FREE. I asked several times and was told each time, NO CONTRACTS. All we had to do was pay for the phones.
After arguing with the operator, reducing our plan and again with her supervisor, I was told they could not terminate the contract or waive the plan without us paying an early termination fee of $200 each. Over the past two weeks, I have spoken to or left messages four times for store managers which always seem to have been "new" or unavailable.
We were told there would be NO CONTRACT...but apparently that was only for the phone, not the tablet even though I asked several times. So, they reduced our very cheap tablets to the lowest rate of $5 each but we can't use them away from home wifi or we will go over the less than 1 gig of data. HOW RIDICULOUS!!
I have just called again after being promised we would hear something no later than yesterday and of course, the manager was busy and will call us back. My next step is to contact the Attorney General's Office on these liars. Oh, by the way, the girl that sold us the phones is no longer there. Go figure. I believe they never work at the same store for long for this very reason.
My advise is BEWARE OF FREE TABLES AND ALL...

This was the worst experience I ever had at that store. I have been to this location many times as I have been a dedicated customer for 12 years and the service I got today was peer LAZINESS. If EVERYTHING we have to do is on our TLife app on our phones then why do they even have a store??? The associate I came in contact with CLEARLY didnāt want to do his job. I didnāt get a welcome when I entered the store as he was hanging outside with another associate and took forever to come in to even greet me, when he did he had a straight attitude, every question I had he said we donāt do that we cant do that go on the app. He was the most Rude child I ever met he didnāt give his name as there was no introduction. He was tall light skin dark hair with color tips highlights and very small clothing. He had the worse attitude and the worse customer service. I will never go to this location ever again I donāt even want Tmobile service anymore because of my experience today. I did call him out on his worse customer service lazy behavior in front of other customers who agreed with me. Yaāll need to just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter years of "wishing" I had a smart phone, I got a Galaxy S4 from this Sprint location yesterday. I am a school teacher and funds for a luxury item like a smart phone do not come easy when my old "slider" phone from Net10 was still working and only cost me $15 per month. I was now ready to take the smart phone leap. I did my homework and was attracted to Sprint unlimited data plan. Paul Bowman (Store Manager) and Kris Ikemire spent most of the morning (several hours) answering my endless questions and working to port over my number, contacts, and link my Google account. This was no small task as the phone I walked in there with was a very old "slider" phone from Net10 but they were able to get it all to work (the contacts data took several attempts but they stuck with it). Kris sat with me and was very patient as she explained the phones operations. She was even helpful today when I had to call back with some questions on how to best manage my contact list. I realize I am still in the "honeymoon phase" with my new phone and plan but these are...
