TL;DR: Furniture and Mattress stores suck. Shane Chartier and this specific Mattress Firm when he is on shift are amazing.

I hate furniture stores. Pushy salespeople that follow you around and pop out of corners everywhere is not my cup of tea. Mattress stores are even worse. If you are over 3 feet tall there is nowhere to hide. This mattress store is laid out the same, but the salesperson is a different breed. Shane Chartier. Excellent store representative. Don't get me wrong, we bought the most expensive thing in the store, other than the store itself. We were in the market for that though, and he even showed us his favorite bed, which was not the one we got. My wife and I are opposite comfort people, which means our sleep can get expensive if we both want to sleep well. This store has 32 beds that I counted, along with some samples in the dungeon that are probably not fit for human consumption. We tested about 20 of the beds. I liked 10, my wife liked three, and they had something they called a mattress but I'm pretty sure it was just a plywood box with a blanket stapled to it that my wife absolutely loved. We still found one that works for us together. Plus, if we don't like it, we have 4 months to return it. Pretty sweet deal IMO. Shane was not pushy, even showed us the bad parts of the beds and spoke about other beds that might fit our situation that were sold by competitors. Sometimes nicely. We are almost sad this bed will last so long (20-30 years on average for the brand) because we will probably never see Shane again. He is considering leaving the mattress arena for other pastures, so if you are in the market for a bed, and a nice experience buying it, I would hurry to this specific store and get one. Customer service was awesome. My salesman Kurt Julian (#AskForKurt) was very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and gave all the best discounts possible from his side during the purchase. Price matching promise made during purchase was adhered. On the day of purchase my bed was priced a little above. Later when i checked the price of the same bed online in Mattress firm website it was $50 less. I went to the Mattress firm in (South Emerson avenue of Indianapolis) next day and got it price matched. Hillary was the sales woman during that time. She did not ask any extra questions and was super interactive and nice. She saw my bill and compared the product listed in my bill and website, they were the same and immediate refund was placed on my card. Awesome customer service.

Quality of the Bed:- I bought Beautyrest ASHAWAY PLUSH Queen. (Coild and foam based bed).Thought it has 850 coils it kinda still went down a very little in the middle ( I weigh 171lbs and only one person use). But I would say what ever the mattress may be, any brand, its the same case unless its a complete memory foam. But other than that i have no other issues with my bed. No back pains so far. Everything's good. Great comfort.

Delivery:- Was on time. The delivery person used appropriate accessories to in his foot so that he doesn't dirt my carpet.
