So let me start by saying I think they are in the midst of a renovation project. With that being said the outside is questionable. They should really work on the curb appeal as a Marriott affiliate I attempted to turn around and go to a different hotel upon driving to the property. The lobby looks nice. The weight room could use some much needed ventilation! The carpet in the halls is nice. However the doors leaning up against all the walls everywhere was the 1st eyesore! Let me just say that I'm an avid Bonvoy member and I prefer Marriott over all other hotels and this one is a poor representation of Marriott. Hopefully when it's complete it will live up to the name. Now, the room... the furniture was dated! Like from 1937 starting with the dresser and moving over to the sofa, the headboard, the desk and let's not forget the retro or college mini fridge. I mean really? The headboard (wood) was chipped. The sofa had stains. Even the nightstands were dated. The best part about the room was the remodeled bathroom except they left the old dingy, dimly lit light fixture behind. I guess the desk clerk thought he was doing us a favor by telling us that he gave us the EXECUTIVE SUITE, BS! Our view from the balcony was the back of Chuy's(restaurant) and two dumpsters full of mattresses and other stuff. Totally disappointed in the quality of the hotel for the price we paid. Courtyard was not worthy of the fees they charged for our 1 night stay.

Stayed 8 nights and making reservations for this hotel was complicated. But I'm not entirely sure it was the hotels fault completely as we started the business trip with group reservations through central reservations. Long story short wrong names with rewards numbers. It was easily corrected at checkin with the hotel. But it did cause my room to not be based off of my "preffered" settings, such as being on the top floor. I checked in and 2 days later requested a move to a top floor due to the "elephant" in the room above me. 2300 and what sounds like stomping in unacceptable to me when I will be in a hotel for over a week. The hotel has all the amenities of a Courtyard including the newly renovated Bistro. The hotel staff informed us that a room renovation will be starting in OCT 12 by sections, so I would expect some noise during that timeframe. Overall, very nice place to stay and within walking distance (3-5 minutes) to many chain restaurants like steak n' shake, carrabas, cheeseburger paradise, couple of pubs etc. thanks for reading! Videos on my YouTube Channel. Pros: - fastest WIFI I have seen in hotels this year (even over the weekend) - bistro serves Starbucks - staff willingness and ease of "customer satisfaction" - free breakfast included with the hotel rate Cons: - reservations

This room should've been blocked 🚫 out of service. Everything was normal until I entered my room. 1. Room door barely locked, I used alternate method to secure door. 2. Exposed anchors all over walls. 3. Not one place to hang clothes. 4. Room looked poorly painted in areas. 5. Bathroom door hinges were rusted. 6. Shower leaked a large puddle on bathroom floor. Shower door had a gap when closed. 7. Ice machine on my floor Out Of Order. see pics attached I spoke to GM next morning upon checkout, she agreed this room shouldn't have been available to rent. GM offered partial refund to credit card or BONVOY points added to my account, I chose the points. GM genuinely apologized for my experience. All Staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I use the BONVOY APP in all my travels and typically stay at Marriott flagship properties and don't mind paying extra for flagship hotels. Occasionally, I have to settle for Marriott business class properties for various reasons. I haven't had this type experience with a room using BONVOY APP in the past. I'll be paying closer attention to Google reviews in the future

Rude staff — especially the front desk— dirty room, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced in the lobby, even the TV didn’t work. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else — no one has done something so bad that they should have to stay here. ||Background: I was just passing through on a family trip, and saw the location and figured, “oh, it’s near I-65, how bad can it be?” Well, this hotel is like a Venus fly trap of terribleness waiting for unsuspecting customer to check in….||I booked and checked in via the Marriott Bonvoy app so that I could go straight to my room when I arrived around 11pm. But despite charging me immediately, they didn’t let me select a room. Or give me a digital key. Even hours later. So, when I checked in at the front desk at 11pm, not only couldn’t I find a person to help me, but I was in line behind three others who also needed help to check in. ||Eventually, an annoyed desk clerk appeared and begrudgingly and slowly helped us. Although I had already been charged and had the proof in the app, she couldn’t find my reservation— which explains why I didn’t have a digital key. ||Clearly irritated that she had to do her job, the desk clearly assigned me to a handicapped room. Ugh. But fine. I just want to sleep. But good luck with that since the room door wouldn’t close fully. Nice. I locked the door while putting my full body weight against it and was able to latch the door and close it (despite significant space around the door). ||Good news…the TV doesn’t work. Fine. I’m going to sleep anyway. Oh yuck, the towels aren’t all clean. And the shower hasn’t been cleaned. I popped a gummy and went to bed…and couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. ||Btw, don’t go to the Starbucks in the lobby — you deserve better. Drive to the one down the street so that the poor overworked young woman at the lobby Starbucks doesn’t have to sigh loudly when you order something. It’s probably not her fault that this Starbucks is the same kind that they have in the sixth level of Hell, where damned souls are sent to listen to her sigh whenever they order anything, but never receive it. ||In sum, stay anywhere else. Even napping under the overpass is...

As a Marriott Gold member who has stayed and managed properties in the past this hotel was the absolute worst! First off the check in process was awful, I went in to my room to find the AC unit was turned off so my room was blazing hot, when I turned it on full blast the AC unit barely blew any air. I then turned my attention my to the fridge in the room and it wasn’t working either. Why this room was in service and why as a loyalty member I was placed in a handicap accessible room that had all these issues is beyond me. ||||The 4 nights I was here housekeeping didn’t come to my room once, the internet was SO bad, speeds as an upgrade was not over 8mbps download. The fire alarm went off in the middle of night with no explanation why. The water was shut off TWICE, once was for almost a full day which was announced but the second time there was no notice, very frustrating when getting off of work and wanting to take a shower.||||Also, whatever you do make sure to get a room AWAY from the highway, the road noise is awful at all times of the day/night and that’s even with the AC/heating unit on full blast. Not sure I was “upgraded” this room upon checking as a gold member when these are known issues. Another list of things is there is ONE elevator and it’s extremely slow. The front desk staff more than half of the time wouldn’t acknowledge you when coming in or out of the hotel. The remote for the tv wouldn’t work half of the time and the phone in the room didn’t work!||||Whatever you do take the reviews on the Marriott/Bonvoy app seriously because if you stay here you’re going to wish you would’ve stayed...
