Target — Local services in Indianapolis

I usually love target. But apparently the workers were in a bad mood tonight. So my usual 5 star experience went to a 1 star to average a 3. My sister was riding in the cart like she has every single time she went. And we were yelled at by a worker named Devin who threatened to kick us out. So we continued shopping and when we came across another worker, we asked her if it was okay for my younger sister to ride in the cart and she said it was fine. So my sister got back in and we continued shopping. As we were getting ready to leave, Devin passed us again and, didn't say a word, but apparently went to go get the manager who made her get out again. It was very unorganized. If the only workers are so bored they have to follow around a couple of young girls then they need more to do. In the past me and my sister have played hide and seek which the workers participated in. She rides in the cart every time and usually we do make some noise but never have we been singled out like that. If the store were busy or we were acting dangerously, that's one thing. But we were just doing some late night shopping. I called and a worker named Makenna(sp?) answered who, again said she's never heard of people being threatened to be kicked out for riding the cart and that the managers name was Sarah. It was a lot of drama over a trip to get batteries, milk and a book. I if the employees don't like working there then they should get a new job, not harass the costumers. So I came in hoping to find a leftover pin set from the preorder bonus of the recent Legend of Zelda game. A big guy working in electronics named Entirey or something similar. It’s a name I’ve never seen before and I only glanced at his name tag. I ask him about the pins, and at first he doesn’t look up from what he’s doing and just says a very firm “No”. And then as I start to turn around to walk away he goes “not for free”. A long pause was necessary for that? He then tells me I have to buy the game to get the pins... which, to any of you game hunters and collectors out there you know this already sounds sketchy. When Pokémon Let’s Go came out and came in about 2 weeks later and was just handed the keychain set for those games and all I did was ask about them. Heck, they gave me 2 because they had so many and couldn’t directly sell them. I’ve known locations to sell preorder bonuses for no more than a penny, but most of the times they’ll just give you the item since they were never picked up by the people that were supposed to get them. And I told this man about that, but he just shook his head and again just said “no”. So since he refused to be of any help, I did end up buying the game. But right after the transaction happened I walked straight to customer service and returned the game. And they didn’t care about the pins, I got to keep those. I went to Target today to buy bras and panties. In that department today, they mist be stocking. I couldn't get room for me, let alone my cart through the aisle because it was a fire hazard. One lady was kind of helpful, through the rack obstacle corse, the other lady acted like it was a problem a shopping customer was there. She actually pushed my cart out of the way. The manager came over and I told her how unpleasant my experience was. She apologized but didn't fix the problem. Don't you hate that when someone says they're sorry actually does fix the issue.
