Too bad I can’t give 0/5 stars… this was our first experience at this location… it will be our last. Placed an order at at 1916 for a 1930 pickup. Arrived at 1930, looked at the app for order progress, still had not been started (prepared). At 1940 I decided to go inside and see what the hold up was. The nice girl at the counter said it was being made. At 1955 I received my order and was told there were no chips.. but now I have three bowls of queso. Then the girl hands me a card and said I’ll get free chips next time. That math doesn’t work! I wasn’t going to argue the logic of this with anyone there as they all looked extremely stressed already. I took my order home to find every item had something wrong with it, everything was cold (very cold), the burrito was about 3 inches long (for $10!), missing all the chips I mentioned earlier… but hey, I had three cups of queso with nothing to eat it with!
Here’s the best part, you call the restaurant and you’re greeted with an automated system that guides you to an online Bot system that tries to address your order issue. There is nothing you can do to explain the issue or request a refund. The system corners you into selecting one issue only and doesn’t allow you to truly address the problems. After fighting with the bot for 10 minutes, I’m awarded three order of chips and queso and FIVE free drinks! Huh??? I then submit a “Feedback” ticket and receive the following response from Bernadith… “Thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the inconvenience. Upon checking in our system you have been awarded two free chips and queso and a free drink in your Chipotle account offer (good for any main menu item) to the rewards section of your Chipotle account for you to use within the next 30 days. You can use it on any online order, or you can scan the code to redeem in-store. Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!” What a complete lack of willingness to truly fix a bad experience. Bottom line, if you enjoy Chipotle I’d absolutely avoid this one. If you do have an issue, don’t expect Chipotle to make anything right. I’ll never give them my...
Read moreThis place really seems to be going downhill. I am NOT the type to complain or anything like that. I frequent this Chipotle, and the past three visits have been really disappointing the most recent with me not even buying anything. There were about 3-4 people sitting and eating. A mother and daughter were ordering and being helped on the line with a crew member and about 2 people waiting. I walked in to wait my turn, and it was maybe 2 minutes after when another lady came from the back.... looked at us 3 in line (not sure how long the other two were waiting), then told us they were doing online orders only. Now, I could very well not have read a sign posted somewhere, but that really sucks especially because I go there on my lunch breaks, and I only get a certain amount of time. It didn't make sense to have the people waiting in line leave when there was a lady already being helped. That's my shpiel and I hope they do better. My visit just before this one I was majorly shorted on all my toppings and rice. Again, I'm not one to complain or ask because they go by their policy and stuff, but that also sucked. I'd go again bc of convince and do a mobile order, but the staff needs a lesson on customer...
Read more0/5 stars, but that’s not possible. All my mother wanted for her birthday was a cheese quesadilla and the “delicious, fresh” guacamole from Chipotle. We were forced to use this location, as the one closer to our house north on Emerson, because they had a sign up that read “OUT OF CHEESE AND RED SALSA”. You can hardly have a cheese quesadilla without cheese, so we went to this location (this is on a Sunday at 5pm). I blame myself partly, because I should have never left the store with guacamole that looked this way. My mom even took the guac back to the store today, and the lady begrudgingly gave my mom half of the money back ($5, for the guac, BUT they kept the other $4 for the laughably mediocre and small amount of chips) and even told my mom to “throw that away outside when you leave”, referring to the guac. Do they not have trash bins behind the counter? We will never eat Chipotle again. Unfortunate.
PS: For 3 quesadillas (2 chicken, 1 cheese) and a the pictured container of guac, totaled $39.67. She put less than half of a handful of cheese on each quesadilla (her hands were very small) for $10 a piece. Make up...
