visiting your establishment. It was six of us that was ordering food. We ordered hamburgers and tenderloins and french fries your representative had a poorly job providing a horrible Customer Service her name is Rebecca with red hair. Take the time to mark each burger as we ordered over $70 worth of food. we asked her to just mark each burger as they were coming up she was reluctant to do so and once we asked her, could you just mark the burger so people won’t be open up the other peoples food she did not want to do that very rude she threw the catchup into the bags when we asked for additional ketchup she did not want to give us one. She walked away did not say thank you for your order once again very rude and disrespectful. The cook in the back was willing to write each sandwich type on the wrapper .she held all of the food and mixed up the orders on purpose when giving it back to us unacceptable she was rude and disrespectful . Read moreThe food has never been all that great. Probably one of the least tasty things to eat at the garage, but they have a huge fountain drink that they advertise free refills on, so as an employee of the Bottleworks district, i still come here frequently as i can re-up during my shift. They are strict about the refills (you only can have one) which is fine but today i went to grab a refill and i was told that if i had HiC Punch i can only have Hi C punch again, and i cannot have another fountain flavor. It was super frustrating because of course this is a ridiculous rule and lastly i had already also made a food purchase and was running back to my shift so i couldn’t share my distain the way i really wanted to. Which brings me here. I spoke with a blonde with impossible black eye makeup up that assured me her boss Mark “makes the rules”.
Mark, your rules hurt my feelings and did not make me feel appreciated as a frequent customer of your buisness. If yall can’t afford free refills just don’t advertise it.

Read moreThe cashier (an overweight white male) was on his cell phone the entire 15 minutes I was standing there waiting on my order. Didn’t wash his hands not once. His attitude was nonchalant and gave that he didn’t want to be there. I had to repeat my order because he wasn’t listening. When my order came up in the window, I looked only to see a man licking and sucking his fingers eating fries. Lastly I asked for my order to go. They gave it to me in a dine in tray. I asked for a to go container and he offered me a tiny box and said sorry this is all I can do. I absolutely never write bad reviews for any place. I usually just decide not to return but this place needed to be exposed. I hope anyone who dines here has a strong stomach because my food (which was cold fresh out) definitely had me gagging and went in the trash.
