Beware, they may be overcharging you. My typical value basket order comes to about $14.09-.25 or so. This is when I order at the Culver's by my campus or online for pickup.
However! When I come into the drive thru, the same exact order made the same exact way now costs me $15+.
It can't be a drive thru surcharge because I go through other Culver's drive thrus and it's still the price it should be (approximately $14.09). I even checked receipts to see if there was anything. But there isn't. I have no idea where this extra $1 or so is coming from.
The service however is great and kind! And the food is always good. But I just am bothered by this price difference (especially because ordering online pick up at this location charges me the correct amount but going through the drive thru doesn't)
It may just be $1 and normally it wouldn't bother me, but considering I'm an extremely busy student who doesn't have time to make my own dinners, I rely on takeout. And over time that...
Read moreCame through the drive-thru for a quick frozen custard around 9:30 pm. When I got to the window to pay I could see that someone had just scooped my frozen custard out and it was sitting on the counter. I figured I would get it at the window like I usually do when I come through Culver's. Instead I had to pull forward, which normally isn't a problem, but this time it was. By the time I got my order (triple scoop of chocolate with raspberries on top) it was halfway melted and if I tipped it at all it would leak out of the container. Normally I'm at risk of leaking raspberry juice not the custard, but there was no juice (most likely would have overflowed it) and only a few raspberries. There were 3 people running orders out so I don't understand why one of them couldn't have taken out a simple one item completed order in their other hand before it melted or why they couldn't have waited a few minutes to make it so it wasn't melted when the...
Read moreOn 6/21 I went through drive-thru and order the pretzel haus double with fries and curds. I get back home and realize the bacon, nor the sauce is on the burger. I shouldn't have to open up the burger to ensure it's properly dressed. I didn't have high expectations, but I expect to receive what I paid for. I called Culvers to let them know what was missing (an fyi to them). But the girl who picked up the phone was very apologetic which was nice and she also mentioned she would send coupons in the mail to my address. I thought that was pretty awesome, since I didn't expect that. Welp that was 6/21 and today it is 7/7. Doesn't look like those coupons are coming, so an insult followed by another insult. I like Culver's but not enough to go back. Too many better burger...
