I rate them a 1 only because they were open. I was rudely greeted with a “Whay do you want?” No Good Morning, No Hello, No Welcome to the Energy Spot. Wow!!! I asked if I could buy a bottle of aloe because I knocked my bottle over at home. She replied, “No, I don’t have any to sell to you, I only order enough for the store. She didn’t offer a website to order from. Poor customer service is an understatement!!! As a distributor from another area I’m sad that you treat customers with this way because I’m sure if you had of known I was a Distributor as well your demeanor would have been different.

This is my favorite Energy Spot location!!! No Herbalife location compares to here with the energy bombs! There are so many flavors, and even when I’ve asked other locations to recreate the flavors from this location, they just don’t turn out the same! I always look forward to coming home from college so I can stop in for my favorite pick me up:) The shakes taste super good too!

This is the second shake I purchased from this store that was watered down and not smooth. The gal was sweet and remade it. The second one looked better but still watered down. Plus, I asked for Peanut Butter Oreo and there wasn’t any Oreo . For the cost of these shakes, I feel should get the quality Energy Spot is made from.
