Starbucks — Restaurant in Indianapolis

The service was very, very slow. Took well over 5 minutes to just place the order. I am not upset at the guy that helped us, he was doing the best he could. However, once we placed the order, sitting at a table right next to the service area, was (I assume) the manager and 3 other people with computers; I used to call the “suits” when I was a manager. While they are having a meeting, the poor kid behind the register was in the weeds. Never go to this Starbucks. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and every time I go they mess it up. They either don't stir it well or today when I went I'm pretty sure they just didn't put any creamer at all. This is ridiculous, currently livid and will never give this location business again as every time I go something like this happens, and I don't recommend anyone else either, as there are many other Starbucks near this location that are way better and never get it wrong so not worth taking a risk,...
