Jack's Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

My pizza was very undercooked. It had bananas pepper(did not order) and it wasn't sliced at all. They clearly didn't allow it to cook all of the way. But that's not why I'm giving them 1 star. People make mistakes that's fine. The issue is that when i called to either to get a refund or a replacement (before closing time) i was told the system went down and that the gm is out on a delivery. I get a call back at 11 or a little after from the gm. He told me he couldn't refund my money because this happened on Monday (it's Wednesday and i still have the dreaded pizza!!). I was working all day until after 3 am and couldn't call or get the pizza. Also he told me he couldn't replace my pizza tonight either because they are closed. Im baffled because i called before they closed and i asked for them to just remake it. So now i have to suffer because he decided to contact me after closing. And told me pretty much what I'm going to eat tomorrow. He told me i can get my pizza tomorrow. What nerve!! He wasn't rude but he did not prio me and made there personal issues my issues. No refund after giving me a poor excuse for a pizza. I made my hard earned money and they pretty much are bullyingb me. Horrible customer service very inconsiderate and very selfish....

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. If you want bland overpriced cardboard for dinner then Jacks is the way to go. Customer service is lacking as well. Honestly Little Ceasars blows this place out of the water. Heck even walmarts pizza they have out by the deli is better than this. It was a horrible waste of money. It was so horrid that we couldn't eat it.

UPDATE: horrible customer service!!.....called to speak to a manager ...was put on hold...waited a good 10 min then was hung up on ....called back and was disappointed yet again with horrid customer service....so apparently if the product (pizza) isnt up to par (tastes like cardboard) you arent able to get a refund..all sales are final..even though you offer to bring in said product which may i add is still almost a whole pizza....at which time your put on hold again...for another good 10 min. Now i have to wait another day to hear back from the DM??....What kind of establishment denies a highly dissatisfied customer a refund..we are willing to bring in the almost untouched cardboard you guys call pizza....This was my first time ordering Jacks and this will be my last time....I will update tomorrow on whether or not they...

I waited over an hour and a half for my food. The last half hour out front of my hotel. When he finally showed up he got out with a phone in his hand. He was trying to convince me he had already been here and tried to call me. He showed me a video of him calling yet it had no sound and you couldn't tell when he made it. He was more worried about proving he was here already them giving me my food. I asked him several times to please give me my food and he just wanted to prove he had been here. I had the hotel check the video camera. He was never here. I think he got caught up with friends or something and this is not the first time. He Really wanted to prove he had been here already. After the 5th time of asking for my food I told him to keep it and as I walked away he told me I better never order from them again. He used several curse words as well. If this is how the operate then I will get Mc Donald's next time. Save your money and time unless you like being talked down to and treated...
