We’ve been fans of Jets for a long time, but our most recent experience has been extremely frustrating. We placed a Text Order and received the confirmation at 6:28pm. Expected delivery was 45 minutes. At the 1 hr 15 min mark we called in for an update because the pizza had not arrived. We were told on the phone that our delivery was just leaving the store and would be 15-20 minutes. We lives 6 minutes away from the store but have small kids with early bed times so delivery seemed like the more convenient option. After another 50 minutes, we called back for an update and were told that our delivery was delivered to the wrong address because of a new driver, sounds like they failed to check the zip code on the order and delivered to a lookalike address several neighborhoods over (questioning how a random person accepts an order of 3-4 boxes without the driver recognizing that it’s the wrong place, unless the pizza was just dropped off) - no update to us along the way, unfortunately. We’re now 2 hours from original confirmation and we’re told that they will remake our order in the next 10-15 then get it out to us quickly; they threw in a $20 credit which is nice but that doesn’t quite make up for a night of frustration.

Sharing in hopes that the team can coach and improve on the delivery process and potentially inspect the text feature to provide updates automatically when orders leave the store or are delayed - we understand that mistakes happen but it is frustrating to be on the receiving end.

We’ve only ordered from Jet’s Pizza in Glendale Mall twice—both times for pick-up—and both times they nailed it.

Our most recent order was a 4 Corner Veggie Pizza and the Bacon & Jalapeño Jet’s Bread. Let me tell you: a 4 Corner is more than enough for two people, and when you throw in the Jet’s Bread, you’ve got leftovers. The deep dish Detroit-style crust is incredible—crispy, chewy, and packed with flavor. It’s not just good; it’s crave-worthy. The Jets Bread is no afterthought either. It’s a meal on its own—flavorful, perfectly baked, and generously topped.

The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the service is on point—fast, polite, and professional. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and how they treat customers.
