This is the closest KFC to our house. We ordered a large $60 meal for our family. We did so through their online app and did a pick up. Once we got home, we found the chicken to be sub-par with the breading not completely covering the chicken. And, we were missing a side. I called back and no one answered. Called again, no one answered. Called a third time, spoke to the lady in charge. She explained that they were having issues with their fryer and I could come back in and exchange the chicken or take a credit for a future visit. I choose the future visit. She said she has my name and it would be taken care of. This happened on the 15th of March. Yesterday, the 1st of April, 2020 I went to them to get my promised credit. The guy at the counter, Tim, asked me for my code. She did not give me one. I believe I even asked her how they would know it was me and she indicated she had my name. After a bit of a conversation with Tim, we came to an agreement. I am happy and satisfied with the way he handled it. Yes, in the beginning of our conversation, it felt tense. Through collective conversation and no yelling or threatening of any kind, we worked it out. And, the chicken did not disappoint! After frequenting this location over the years, we have never had an issue with them. They always have great tasting chicken. From what I have seen from Society is that it is too caught up in "I want satisfaction now and you OWE ME" mentality. Sometimes things happen. Stay calm and put yourself in the other person's shoes before you snap off and create a bigger issue than is called for. Stay...
Read moreI unfortunately have to give a star on this review. I want my star back. This was the most awful experience at a fast food restaurant in my entire life. Went inside to grab a meal before having to drop off my wife at a meeting. Gave our order. Paid. Manager is floating around. Sat down and waited for our food. And waited. Two other people come in, order, get food and leave. I continued to wait. Waited some more. Three more people come in, ordered and left with food. I go to the counter. "What are you waiting on", I'm asked. A refund. "I want my money back". The manager is now nowhere to be seen. With no apology or any type of effort to correct this, we're refunded our money back to our debit card. It could be several days before refund registers. Then I contacted customer service. It's 25 minutes before someone picks up my call. Is there a theme going on here🤔? In the time it took for me to talk to a person, I emailed and attached a copy of my voided order ticket. I explain the grievance and am told that someone will contact me. On a side note, Steak n Shake has lost my business for probably the rest of my lifetime for a very similar experience at 7930 East Washington Street. KFC? I hope you satisfactorily correct...
Read morePlaced a 30 dollar order, went in to pick up my order once i got notified on the website that my order was ready while about 3 employees were outside talking. Pulled up to the speaker and no one answered, then went to the drive thru to two workers having a conversation and made eye contact with those 2 workers and they turned back around and was completely disregarded. One lady finally came to me it turned out they never made the order and that it would take 25 - 30 minutes for my order to be ready even though it was apparently ready 10 minutes before. I’m usually understanding of fast workers because I know their jobs are harder than most people assume but these people weren’t paying any attention at all and simply not doing their job at all, and it wasn’t busy either. There was also this one another car who was in front of us first at the drive thru but they drove off, probably because no one was there to take their order. Once again these people completely disregarded what they are being paid to do and flat out disrespectful of my time. I better be able to get...
