Only giving it one star because it makes you give at least one... 0 stars all the way.. Sad thing is the first time I went in here, VN service was how its suppose to be.. Everything came out hot and right.. We were celebrating a birthday and she got her birthday shirt.. But this time..😠😠😠😠😠

First of all we were there for 40 mins standing.. We had a table but not enough chairs to accommodate everyone with us (6)! The people next to us were ready but couldn't for some reason of the server.. After 30 mins all 6 of us had chairs.. The tables were disgusting (ketchup, beer bottles, napkins, etc) so after 20 mins they were wiped down.. We asked the server to clean them off but her answer was "That's not my job"... They didn't have name tags on and I never got her name.. She had major attitudes with every question or request we had!! Rolling her eyes and giving horrible customer service. It was as if she was ignoring on purpose.. She walked past us many times and we could never get her attention.. After getting her attention 20 mins later we orders... 30 mins later she came back with drinks but ONLY 3.. Before the other 3 people got drinks their meals were served.. About 40 mins later everyone had meals but 2 people order the exact same thing and they came out looking completely different and one was cold and one was hot!!.. We only ordered one drink (liquor) and it was very watered down and tasted nothing like the last time.. We told the server our that food was wrong and some was cold and her response was "when you order that's what you get, I can't do anything about that".. We asked for the manager.. After 20 mins the manger came over to speak to us... Be watched her tell him and he go do other things before coming over to the table!.. He said he couldn't do anything about the drink not even giving it back and not paying for it.. He said he would refire the food that was wrong or cold and left the table.. When he said we weren't getting our food and walked off.. The next time he walked by he explained thag they would take it off the bill. Everyone was watching the cubs game and they had just won.. EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING WAS YELLING.. After celebrating the cubs we all (in my party) turned to the birthday we were celebrating and yelling and told him happy birthday.. .he came back with the police and we were told to leave.. He accused us of yelling at the server and calling her names which we were NOT.... we were 6 African American individuals who were outcasted when we walked in.. We were celebrating a birthday.. Brothers and sisters.. Family.. It was majority white and we were just feeling that vibe.. We were only there because we had such a nice time before.. I was so disappointed in the service we received and will never step foot in the door again! And he never received his...

So I went to Kilroys last night for the first time with a group of about 10 people we were celebrating my wife's bday, we were gonna get some food drinks then hit the other local bars. After we ordered our food and first round of drinks the waitress immediately brings us our checks and tells us that she is ready to pick up our checks prior to us receiving our food and drinks which we all though was kinda odd. But nonetheless we paid our vhecks. So the food comes out everyone i was with all got there food and it was fine when I received my food it was the wrong order I then Tell the waitress that the food she brought me was not what I ordered she then told me there was no "exchanges" on food? Like wth really I was not trying to exchange my food I tell her I was trying to get what I ordered. She told me to give her a second she would see what she can do.like really see what you can do my order was wrong. SMH she then comes back with who she says is a kitchen manager a short little 5 ft guy with little man syndrome comes out and ask what was the problem. I begin to explain to him that I received the wrong food and he begins to tell me that he cannot refund or exchange any food items and he was very rude very aggressive and seems like it was ready to fight me because I was not understanding how receiving the wrong order would not warrant me to exchange my food for what I had already paid for so I left Kilroys unable to eat after I paid for my food I was then told by the kitchen manager that he couldn't get me a general manager because he was busy and he then gave me a business card to call. He them threatened to have me kicked out after I was clearly upset about not receiving my food that I paid for before it was even brought out to me. I will reach out to Kilroys today and see what solution they can present and update my...

Very HORRIBLE experience from the moment I walked in ….Shane the manager was very rude I’ve never been to this bar and will NOT be back and would NOT recommend anyone to go here…. My waitress was intoxicated she couldn’t even bring my table our drinks which was two Texas lemonade, a strawberry, & a corona beer she had to have another waitress bring them. After that she dropped a glass of water from another table all on the floor & it splashed on me … (no apology was made) It was just a very horrible experience and when it came time to pay she argued me up and down that I order a Texas lemonade because it was on the table “near me” but I have a empty corona beer sitting dead spot in my face it was very unprofessional!!!!! And then on top of that we saw a shot of drinks ordered to a table near and liked the way they looked so we ordered four as well….. when our intoxicated waitress bring them they were made horribly than was just seen and all the cups where leveled at different levels because she was spilling them as she walking them to our table….we ask for manager and Shane come out very unprofessional and laughing the situation off very nonchalant about what was being said to him…he brings us a replacement that was completely juice/syrup not a hint of liquor mind you I haven’t drunk anything but a beer so I would be able to taste the alcohol difference…. If I could give 0 stars I would it was a very horrible Saturday night experience in broad ripple @ Kilroys!! & the pizza was burnt around edges little to no cheese & I got a meat lovers pizza a complete waste of...
