If I could give 0 stars I would they don't even deserve a star, I mean how hard is it to listen to what someone asks for. I asked for a bacon cheddar McChicken with no lettuce get home and there is lettuce on it. Asked for no onion on my double quarter pounder and guess what's on it when I get home.... ONIONS. Not to mention while I was waiting on my food the young man at the window says "I have a coke here for you." My response, "should be a large coke and large sprite" the manager then comes up and reads what I have on the screen and I said well looks like your person taking orders is taking it upon themselves to change the order up, asked for a single coke and a sprite with my meal. So I get my food and then realized that the manager didn't give me my coke that I paid for. I go back in and the manager has her back to the counter and I hear her saying to another worker, "wow that guy in the drive thru was really complaing about that," mind you I over hear this convo and say, "yeah I'm right here and you forgot to give me my coke as well." Meanwhile the manager on shift (Caucasian older woman, white hair, and glasses) says this to me, "cheer up buttercup, you just need to cheer up buttercup." Waste of time waste of money and everything all around. I will take my business elsewhere and to think a manager would talk to someone like this is baffling. I work with multi million dollar people to everyday average joes and they all get the same respect from me. I would never think to bash a client and or customer because your employee on shift messed something up, it's not even about that but the fact that I walked in and overheard THE MANAGER talking crap about me to another employee, sad just completely sad. I will be contacting someone higher up about this because this manager has no idea what customer service means one bit.... and if this is the kind of managers you hire it goes to show what McDonald's stands for. I get that it is fast food but being rude and talking bad about a customer when they could possibly hear you or be right behind you is just completely baffling... I can definitely spend my money...
Read moreFood is great, the soda is great, even though the left side of the machine will give you flat soda but luckily enough there's also Diet Coke on the right side so no issue there. My issue is if you are going through the drive-thru, the employees, under guidance of management, abuse the system where they have you pull forward to wait for your food so they can get someone behind you who hasn't ordered that is ready sooner, out to them and bring yours when it is ready. I was behind one person, no one behind us, they sent that person around to the front and then they immediately sent me around to the front. This is because they are screwing around with their numbers. You know, how fast it takes to get someone through the system and get the food completed and all that, it will clear out a screen before they even start making the food which isn't what they are supposed to do, and they get you around so they can act like you've already been completed, and it's all because of the stupid system that was put in place many years ago and when you put these systems in place to track things, and then you incentivize people, you're not going to get the right information. So in reality, they are committing fraud against the people who give out bonuses for having good numbers. They're committing fraud if they win awards for being the fastest service against other restaurants who don't pull those shenanigans. I mean, they all do, but I'm just saying, that's what they are doing. My problem is that I have honor and integrity and it feels shameful to purchase stuff from places that are committing fraud right in front of your face. Luckily enough I'm about to move from the East side to the north side, and I won't have to deal with these dishonorable...
Read moreWe placed our order on the kiosk. We grabbed a number tab to put on our table and sat down. It was cold inside but not near as cold as outside, so that was good.
When the food was brought out, we went to make our drinks (there was no line, so we walked right up and made them). We wanted ketchup with our fries, so we walked up to the counter. While people walked around us and looked at us without offering to ask why we were there. 3 people shooting the breeze 3 ft. from us while we stood there. So, I interjected to ask for ketchup. This all (making 2 drinks and getting ketchup) took probably 2 minutes.
After getting the ketchup, we walked back to our table and took the food off of the tray. Our fries were barely lukewarm, and our sandwiches were the same. I'm guessing it sat for a few before it was brought to us.
$30. 2 medium meals, a happy meal, a cheeseburger, and a shake. Too much for a cold lunch.
Yes, we could've taken it all back up and had it remade, but we were busy and needed to keep our day moving forward. Our loss because McDonald's sure got the...
