If I could put 0 starts I would. My brother and I are advid customers to this McDonald's location because it is the closest one to our apartment, however after tonight's experience It would make sense for us to drive farther because we appreciate good service. I would even except decent service, however we received the worst customer service one could experience. I'll start off saying it was 2:20 am so this was the night shift working. When we pulled up we seen the 2 employees smoking outside with the door open and they seen us pull up to the order menu. I do not care that they were smoking, however we sat at the order menu for 10 minutes before we heard a voice to take our order. As she was FINALLY taking our order she rudely took the order. Never said thankyou and I'm not sure if she even understands the concept of polite. I took the order and pulled up to the window( she never gave me a total just took my card and swiped it) . She seemed mad that she had to do her job. She closed the window and we waited roughly another 10 minutes before we see her again. Although I know that when you order 10 piece nuggets you should get 2 sauces each, I asked for sauces because by now I lost trust in this women. She nods. ( no words) closes the window and once again were left waiting. We think well at least we are going to get fresh food. I ordered both our meals as large by the way. We finally get our food.. ( we were literally the only car there) I check to make sure we have every item we ordered, I should of looked closer. When we get home we open the bag and we have a medium fry and a large fry, however both were only half full with the nastiest fries I have seen. They seem like they were just sitting there for hours. We ordered 2 10 piece mcnuggets. They were so badly cooked and I'm guessing old that we had to put them in our toaster oven to make them just a little bit crispy. They were still not good at all. And by the way we only received one bbq sauce for our 20 nuggets( even though I reminded her about giving us some). Then to top it off my hamburger was suppose to only have mustard was completely dry with nothing on it ( the simplest order of a hamburger ever). I have pictures of the food and I have the recipe to prove all of this I just dont know how to add them to this review. My question is should I expect terrible service if i go to mcdonalds at 220 am or should the service be good 24 hours a day? The lady who dealt with us acted like it was an inconvenience to her that we were ther getting food because obviously she had better things to do. Another question is why did we have to wait almost 20 minutes for soggy nasty food? After the long drive we had we were happy to go to McDonalds and get food even though it is somewhat out of the way of us just going home. This was the slowest FAST food possible, and this lady took the word service out of Customer service. I took the time to write this review for people thinking of visiting this place at 2 am becauee you will be very disappointed. THANKYOU..for...

Read moreI had been in the emergency room with my son for 9 hours. I placed a mobile order as he was discharged and the order was confirmed and paid for. I saw they closed at 330am. I rushed and arrived at 322 am. Mind you the app stated my order was received. I pressed the button to show I had arrived halfway there so they could get the order done asap as it was very late.
When I pulled in drive thru I was informed they were only doing doordash and Uber eats orders and there was no food available to cook. I asked for a Mgr. The lady said she was the Mgr. I asked for her name, she refused it. I asked for an employee #, she refused that as well. Then told me I could speak with, "The EspaĂąol Manager!" I asked for su numbre y te llamo? She spouted back gibberish and there was laughing in the background.
I told them their behavior was heinous and disrespectful and I was just trying to feed my son. If they could just prepare his portion. I was met with laughter and disrespect. I have NEVER been more furious and felt lacking as a parent to provide a simple meal for someone who hadn't been able to eat all day.
I'm not sure how I was supposed to respond if I Spanish were my native tongue. I'd have felt disrespected and as though my culture were a joke to your staff. Your night manager needs to be trained on how to speak to your customers and the correct way to refer to her team members who are not from her same ethnicity whether she was a real person or not. The entire visit was offensive and counterproductive.
As I sat there waiting for them to display a modicum of decorum they also cancelled my order. The McDonald's app needs to be able to reflect when each specific location is no longer accepting mobile orders, if that was in fact the case.
IF YOUR BUSINESS IS OPEN UNTIL 330 AM THE STAFF NEED TO BE PREPARED WITH FOOD AVAILABLE TO MAKE EVERY ORDER THAT COMES IN UNTIL 330.
This post-pandemic level of customer service is a result of a faulty screening and training process in a futile attempt to fill a spot with a body. It needs to stop. I will gladly pay more, and wait longer for a service when the staff is genuine and effective in providing said service.
I need to be contacted by a member of management and will be following up with corporate as well. I embody customer service and you all had an opportunity be a bright spot after a very very dark day and failed on...
