I ordered lunch for delivery from this location. The order came in totally wrong. I tried calling the store number they provided on the email confirmation 3 times before giving up and going to the store personally. When I got to the store, an employee helped me get to the right person for a refund. I told him about my order being completely wrong and needed a refund. First he wanted to re-make the order for me while I was there, but the whole point was to eat at work not take a full lunch break, so I declined and asked for a refund. He didn't argue, just went straight to giving me a refund, then asked if he could make it up with another order. I, again, politely declined. He apologized for the inconvenience this caused and I told him I wasn't mad and that I would likely come back to the restaurant to eat in-person some day but I probably won't use their delivery service again. He then informed me that they use a third-party delivery service (door dash). With all of that being said: will I use their 'delivery' service on their website again? No. Will I ever eat there in-person again, yes very likely. The manager was very polite, understanding, and forthcoming. However I would use caution to anyone asking for a delivery. This could be a case of unfortunate experience, but as for me, I will not use the delivery...
Read moreThis new location is terrible! I love Panera, but today was a joke! You cannot redeem you Panera rewards. I had to go to 2 different registers just to use a gift card. The cashiers were not up the caliber that Panera usually has. I ordered my meal to eat there and I got a "buzzer" for when the food was ready. Well, it never buzzed because they made the order to-go. It will be a few months before I go back to that location (if ever), they need to work some of the kinks out of the new facility. It was never like this before they moved this store. Panera, you got to step it up if you want people to come back! if I am going to spend $13 on lunch, it should be a somewhat decent experience. I guess chik-fil-a has my business for lunch, since I can get in and get out so quickly even when they are slammed...
Read moreI’m not very happy with the service at this particular Panera Bread. I have been to many others but I’m not happy with the customer service I got. Yes, I should’ve called first to find out but I didn’t. I am a Navy veteran and I read online that Panera Bread offers a Veterans Day special which is a Pick Two. The girl that answered the drive through was very rude. She at first said hold on and when she came back she said, in a nasty tone, ‘that’s a scam we don’t do that’. Ok, for one, I read it when I was looking for Veterans Day deals. The other, she could have been like ‘I’m sorry we don’t offer that but Happy Veterans Day’. Sorry if I think I deserved better treatment but when you work with customers, please be nice and not rude. I’m glad I live closer to another one where I have seen how they treat...
