Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

I have Never been to a Papa Murphy’s so I when I walked in I didn’t know they didn’t bake the pizza. The customer service person failed to inform me of that as well when I ordered. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up and it’s an uncooked pizza after having already payed for it!!! You should not assume every customer knows you only sell uncooked pizza! You should tell people that when they order and not assume they already know. If I wanted to bake it my self I could have saved time and money and gotten a frozen pizza at Walmart after all you use thawed out crust and sprinkle on ingredients same as Walmart only theirs only cost 6.99 instead of 20!
