Bought three hot drinks. Hot Mexi Latte, Hot chocolate and a Mexi latte.
The latte was not very hot (which sure fine thats ok)
The mexi lattee was luke warm. We asked to only have that one remade and for it to be hot. The workers just looked at eachother, and took our drink. They did remake it,only a fraction warmer. We said thank you.
Not one apology or I am sorry, or even, "hey try this"
We did try it, and it was only fraction warmer. But it did taste good and we had paid for it. But you could seriously chug the lattte. Not a "lets sip the hot drink" beverage.
I could have ignored the luke warm beverages if the employees showed ANY...

My spouse went this weekend and was underwhelmed by the coffee. I thought Iād give their cookies a try, but when I walked in to a loud, cramped space with 3 patrons buried in their phones, I was greeted by an abandoned counter. I looked around for cookies and finally saw some pre-packaged ones that I considered purchasing while I heard the voices of two employees horsing around in the back, but neither of them came out to take my money, so I left.
